I setup a reservation for a UHaul. Went to get the UHaul, mother of the owner, had no idea how to complete my reservation because the UHaul portion is ran by the daughter who is currently in Dominican Republic. They should update their reservation status to closed. Graciously the mother was very nice and apologized for the inconvenience.
