Everything was great . Friendly but information from location to location was lacking . I. Place didn't know about the other place. The location didn't know they were going to be receiving any equipment and that's kinda weird but other than that it's all good

I was thoroughly impressed by the customer service provided by the reps there, especially the young lady who was there on the two occasions I went inside; cannot recall her name but she was very patient, helpful, kind, and most of all courteous.

Get your online service fixed. I did all of the prep work (furnished ID’s and such) the night before pick up, but had to do it all over again when I got there. COMPLETE WASTE OF MY TIME!!!

Very pleased with the service to pick up a trailer hitch. Short lines, fast processing. This is on 56th street in Tampa, but definitely not a ghetto location as people write in their reviews.

Few professionals, very bad character, do not try to help rent a truck to just walk 14 miles. When I left, I did not look at the mileage meter. I walked so little that I did not have to put gas in it because I did not spend anything. When I arrived to return it, they told me that I had walked. 72 miles when I complained they treated me very badly and yelled at me at the end they took the money from my card that's why I don't recommend this place few professionals and they deceive customers

What happened to this location?! Ever since the change in ownership/management this place went downhill! It’s a GHETTO location. Do not make the mistake of coming here. Just a “hood” store now, they do not care about customers and it will soon start to reflect on their sales if it hasn’t already

This location has horrible customer service. U-haul had check engine light on and a notification to check cap even though the cap was on tight and secure. Felt like U-haul needed a new transmission. DONT GO HERE!

Easy and easy once you are registered. One of the best uhaul I've been to in a long time. Will definitely be my go to if I need again.

Zero stars. Be mindful of renting from this location. You do a 24/7 contact less pickup they will charge you for equipment. Give you a truck completely empty. Then when you drive to your destination, there is no way to move items alone. Then, when you drive back to the uhaul go inside and ask for a refund due to no equipment and Gas and not being able to pick up my items. They manager Nicole is very unprofessional will yell at you and when you say your calling corporate she them proceed to call the police and lie saying I was running around the store. When all I wanted was to get my money back for them dropping the ball I have now sat and delt with police all with a 4 month old baby in a car seat. Never have I been treated so poorly by a business.

Just went in to buy boxes. Super respectful and helpful with carrying everything to my car. Very nice and positive attitude
