Zero stars. Be mindful of renting from this location. You do a 24/7 contact less pickup they will charge you for equipment. Give you a truck completely empty. Then when you drive to your destination, there is no way to move items alone. Then, when you drive back to the uhaul go inside and ask for a refund due to no equipment and Gas and not being able to pick up my items. They manager Nicole is very unprofessional will yell at you and when you say your calling corporate she them proceed to call the police and lie saying I was running around the store. When all I wanted was to get my money back for them dropping the ball I have now sat and delt with police all with a 4 month old baby in a car seat. Never have I been treated so poorly by a business.

Do Not! I repeat DO NOT USE THIS UHAUL LOCATION!!! I Showed up to rent a truck to do a simple move, I scheduled my pick up time and reserved everything thru the app. I showed up 10 mins early for my pick up time and the employee lost the keys to the rental. It took them an hr to figure out what to do, they then switch my rental which messed up everything I reserved online and forgot to include the dolly I requested. Well after I completed the move, still returned my rental on time, cleaned and gassed up. I received the bill my rental and they overcharged me and billed me for a missing dolly I DIDN'T RECEIVE BECAUSE THEY GAVE ME THE WRONG TRUCK!!!! I called customer service and they said well we can't refund you because the store isn't answering their phone!!! WHAT IS GOING ON WITH UHAUL! PULL YOUR HEAD OUT FROM WHEREEVER IT IS STUCK! LOST KEYS! PHANTOM CHARGES! NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE! THIS IS A UHAUL LOCATION, WHAT IS CORPORATE DOING? STAY FAR AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Propane is always out of order. I’ve never seen a company that just doesn’t like to make a profit on an item THEY ALREADY HAVE. Employees seem always uninterested in helping anyone rent of buy anything which is the weirdest thing ever

I was charged for a full tank of gas when I got the van on 1/8 of gas and brought it back at 1/4. Yet somehow the total is still the same price I paid at checkout. Credit on gas doesn’t reflect the 62$ i was guaranteed at reservation when I still ended up paying 120$. I used less mileage than I said and still the math isn’t mathing over there.

The equipment was not ready I. The truck as I was told. It was raining so the worker let the equipment at the door for me and I had to take it myself and put it on the truck and refused to go out to help me but to dolly and the equipment on the truck. I had no help with me and I had to do it myself. As far as I know the equipment was supposed to be ready on the truck as I was supposed to de self check in but come to realize they never had the equipment on the truck the first place. And there were something wrong with one of the tires on the truck I couldn’t go over 40 with out feeling like the truck wheel going to fall off. Took me twice as long to get back and forth to where Iam going. Over all was not good experience at all for the amount of money I paid for it.

Came here for a pickup order for packing items. The girl at the counter (no name tag) was unnecessarily rude and really shouldn’t work in customer service if there’s no one to hold her accountable for how she represents this business. The guy next to her, Brian, was helpful when she said we had no order (after telling us she had two orders under our last name), but this girl continued with her bad attitude. This pickup order was supposed to be ready at 9:30am, but at 10am when we came in, no one had it ready, and this girl was quite irritated she had to go gather the items. Will not return to this location nor recommend it to anyone. U-Haul of Brandon always has kind and courteous people working there; we’ve never had a problem at that location and will just use that one for anything we need.I hope that either management will help this girl be a positive representation of U-Haul, or that she finds a job that she’s happier with. There’s just no reason to be rude and unpleasant to customers.

They will Rob you do not Go here !! Gas was under the Line they extra charge $40 and it’s suppose to be $5 a gallon of gas if tank isn’t up to line dude said I was 3.5gal short ! Extra charge terrible place!

I was scheduled to have a hitch installed on my vehicle this morning. After arriving and speaking with Kayla (GM), she informed me their hitch mechanic was out sick. Without skipping a beat, I really appreciated her forward thinking and Kayla provided solutions to resolve my situation. She called over to another U-haul location and they were able to get me in just 30 minutes later than my original scheduled appointment at her location. Great job, Kayla!! Thank you for decreasing my stress and ensuring excellent service was provided between two U-haul locations.

they charged me an entire extra day and won’t answer the phone when I call. I was on hold for 45 minutes before giving up. ridiculous.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Employees are more concerned with getting other customers to follow them on YouTube and Instagram then actually helping people. Got double charged for my rental, couldn't take care of it right away. Told that I would get a call from the manager in the AM, at 1pm I came BACK to the location to have it taken care of and had to wait over an hour for the manager to return from running personal errands. Manager did not offer an apology for anything only "we were busy" as an excuse to not call me.Avoid at all costs!

I wish I could give negative stars. Rude staff, and even more rude manager, Kayla. They charged us twice and thought that we wouldn't pay attention. PLEASE don't give them your business, unless you want someone to take advantage of you.
