Called in for reservation and used app to get the truck due to grabbing it outside of business hours this morning. It was a fast and simple process. The hugest thanks to Samantha for helping me with grabbing the key out the box and assisting park my vehicle and also fixing the mirrors prior to leaving the lot. Happy she was there to help. I've rented uhauls from many locations throughout Florida for work purposes never had any issues. If I ever went over return date simply given text with 24hr to call and extend.
This location is different management at this location Is super hyped to report vehicle stolen ASAP. Even after calling several minutes after extention text.
To late vehicle reported stolen
Stopped work to return ASAP still charged for a full day.

I got there at 7:13 and they close at 8:00 and they did not refill my propane tanks

Every time I rent i have to call several times because they over charge me. The last van was infested with German roaches. I had to leave all my customers things outside so the roaches would not get into their home. I lost 500 in pay because of this. It is just a complete hassle to do business with them.

In my experience if Dayna is not there things can get messy very quickly and there are no answers available. When she is there the transactions are quick and knowledgeable this location is a 5 star when she is available.
