Horrible expirence with the call center for this location, the member from this company that answer the phone & lie to me about availability for tires i needed today for one of my customers, I had to drive all the way to the Tampa location by 301 so I can then be told 4 more different versions about the availability for this tires:
1) I was told the order was place trough for delivery (not will call for me to pick them up) & that the tires were getting pull as we speak and they will just give me the tires when they get pulled.
2) I was told the 2 of the 3 tires were coming from Orlando and they only had 1 in this warehouse.
3) I was told that another customer must have gotten this tires right before I did and there was only 1 tire left.
4) I was told the 2 tires were at Fort Lauderdale and they only have 1 for me at the warehouse.
After I left the US AutoForce warehouse with no tires, I called the orders process department to cancel the order, hopefully that got done as I was told and proceed to ask them to have my area sales representative to call me so we can tune things up to make sure this doesn't happen again but I was told that we don't have area sales representative.
I had similar issues like this before but I believe in giving others chances because things happen but this has just become a habit with this business so for now on I will be given majority of my business to NTW and Tire Hub.
Get better US AutoForce because you are loosing business and money doing this this way.

I've used U.S. AutoForce for years and they always have what tires I need in stock and at a good price. I can order and pick up within 30 minutes.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH US AUTOFORCE! They will cost you money and tarnish your shop’s reputation! They say they have the tires in stock, you order 4, but only 1 shows up. Driver always shows up demanding cash payment even though I’ve given my credit card when I placed the order. Then, when you ask when your other 3 tires are going to show up they say “I don’t know, it’s coming.” Surprise- it’s not coming. I have to call the 800 number to learn they only had 1 in stock and the other 3 will be 6 weeks from now! They will never call you to tell you of an out of stock item that you ordered and paid for. How am I supposed to make money at my shop when I have vendors like this? To top it off (and the real reason that made me come here and write this review) is yesterday a rep from US Autoforce calls me to ask why I’ve stopped ordering from them. I explained how it stinks to tell your customer that the vendor has the tires, the customer pays for said tires, and then all the sudden the vendor says it’ll be 6 more weeks. It costs me a transaction fee to accept the customer’s payment, and then again to refund their payment. By this time my customer is mad as heck and thinks I’m being shady with her time and money. I explained all this to the rep who called and his reply -no lie- is, “well maybe I’ll just cancel your account with us then, so you can’t order anymore.” F’n-a, what vendor has employees on their team who conduct themselves like this on behalf of their company?! I’ve never in 20 years had a make-up call end with them making ultimatums about our account! Do yourself a favor and get signed up for TR Wholesale (Tire Rack). They ALWAYS have the inventory that they say they do. They communicate with you immediately if something comes up, and their prices are $20-$30 cheaper per tire! Plus, local pickup in Denver is sweet.

Use to be an amazing company, now you don't get tires you ordered and it's never there problem. They will tell you tires will be on truck and they don't show. I've lost 100s of dollars this month thanks to there screw ups. I would rate this company in the negative if I could.

Driver with your logo on their truck pulled out in front of me up in Gainesville just now. Had to legit swerve to not hit him. When I honked, he honked back and flipped me off.

Fix the hours for your company, tried calling at 2:16pm and recieved a closed message, yet it says you are open until 3. Very dissapointed.
