Pretty good Next day service finished but find it outrageous they charged me $48 dollars for an inner tube replacement ??on a EUC even though I took it all apart myself to make it easy for them .??

I thought my bike needed tuned because it didn’t feel like it was shifting properly. The team kept the bike an extra day to take it completely apart because they weren’t happy with a noise. They found a part had rusted from my negligence. They replaced parts and rebuilt the bike. It is smoother than it was brand new 6 months ago. I will always bring my bikes back here (Cannondale Cann-S6EV for reference).

Another great experience with University Bicycle. I brought in my crippled bike this morning and headed back as good as new this afternoon. Just in time for a good long Sunday ride on the first day of autumn.

I purchased my first mountain bike from UBC in the early 90s. They were outstanding then and are still incredible today as I purchased another bike today. Great staff who are very helpful, friendly, and responsive. Must go for any bike needs.
