Horrible customer service! Unbelievable how they speak from their nose as if they work for the president. 40 year old lady who wore makeup like a clown had the audacity to keep giving me an attitude over something I was right about. Mind you I was so polite due to my children being in the car. But hire people who have great interpersonal skills. Not people who barely graduated high school and couldn’t score a job like a normal person, so they think they’re cool working at ULTA.

I placed online orders and received two wrong orders in the span of one week. Went into this location today to return items and wad told twice very rudely by Lexi the Sales Manager that I should have contacted customer service first. I told her I have had nothing but issues with Ulta customer service. She said she would return the items this one time but next time I must contact them first. Ulta policy online states returns can be via mail or in store. Will never shop at this location ever again. She did not one time apologize for the mess up on Ultas part but instead blamed me. The first person I encountered was much nicer. She should be the manager.

Sky is the best! I went in to get shade matched knowing it’s a little harder for me as a black woman. We also discovered I have a very neutral undertone which makes it even harder. Sky and one other worker were super patient in allowing me to try as many shades and brands as I wanted until I got my perfect match.

Sam & Jada are literally my new best friends. Love the realness and integrity in which they do their jobs. It didn’t feel like they were trying to sell me anything just truly help. This location has the sweetest women in there, I hope everyone comes to this Ulta for a visit.

All the Ulta stores that I've been to do personal shopping for this is the one where I've never gotten any help from.....you guys always pass me by and walk to a female on the floor......I hate coming here.

The staff is very helpful and nice and helped me with every single thing I needed.
They have a very wide range of beauty products and high quality's products too.
I would say that compared to the prices of the same products you find in South africa, where I'm from, it's a little more expensive.
But overall, the store is laid out well and it's a good shopping experience!
