Just spent about 30/40 mins in this store #1627 today, Feb 1st/ afternoon... I spent around $300 and not one single store associate asked if i needed assistance (when I clearly looked lost) one worker completely gave me the cold shoulder and the others were clearly more interested in there own conversations about taking breaks etc... I was so disheartened, by the time I got to the register i forgot to use my coupon and birthday code. I will never come to this old again. I knew I should've went to Sephora.

Terrible service. My girlfriend was racially profiled and followed around the store. We were asked if we needed help 3 times in 5mins and made us extremely uncomfortable

Cindi is excellent stylist. Her knowledge and recommendations are worth having a relaxing new hair cut and high/low lights. Try her out, you will not be disappointed!

I had a great experience at this Ulta salon. Robert did my hair and it is perfect. I dyed my entire head and cut layers. He made my hair look even better than how I imagined it to be. Truly the best hair I have ever gotten done. Robert is such a great hairstylist and amazing person. Anyone who trusts Robert with their hair will NOT be disappointed. I will definitely be back again soon!

This is the second bad experience I’ve had at this store. The first time I was harassed into making an account I didn’t need by being told I wouldn’t be able to use it without an Ulta account which ended up being a lie. And then today when my 60 year old mother and I went up to purchase our items (without any line whatsoever to be seen) the ladies behind the counter continued to speak to each other and not look in our direction or ask if we were ready. By the time a woman asked us if we were ready she shoved us off to someone else to check us out just to help multiple other people who weren’t ready to check out and yet suddenly were when she asked. It felt rude against my mother who is 60 and me who is 24 but isn’t your stereotypical make up wearing feminine girl. I’m not one to write reviews like this, often giving the benefit of the doubt, but it was just downright disrespectful. ?

They are closed at 7pm even though website says open even sign on door says open , could see four employees inside. Girls sweeping floor waved us off. No explanation for an early closure, and I even commented before we came. We should check the hours because it seems like they close very very early. you can see from the picture even if they couldn’t control the website being wrong, the hours posted in the door are wrong too.

The employees are friendly and willing to help, also knowledgeable of options both in price and functionality. The store is clean, and I always have a good experience for the past 3 years.

Probably the rudest customer service I’ve ever endured. They give you complete misinformation. No one knows what they are doing. All the front desk people just sit there and talk and do not care about their customers. Worst Ulta I’ve ever been to.

I did balaye last year for my birthday .This year, I am trying the wax for my eyebrows and buying eyelashes from the store. I'm getting service for that, too.

The clerks, whom probably don’t even make 1/3 of what I make in a yr, treated me as if I was a criminal. I didn’t even get 10 feet in the store before one high tailed it from the back of the store to ask if I need assistance. I had my 8 yr old niece with me and was appalled at the treatment that was displayed only to me. What made it worse is that I preordered and paid for my order online and was there for pickup but decided to sample a few perfumes TO PURCHASE as well. I was watched and followed the whole time. When I asked for assistance to take a perfume out of the case, the clerk did not give it to me but rather took it to the front of the store and told me they would hold it up front with my order when I’m ready to purchase and she reiterated 3 times that they will check my ID as though I was supposed to be scared or lying about having an order. I am who my name says on the order and the damn BUSINESS AMERICAN EXPRESS card that I used to pay for my items with. As an investor of real estate and a senior at a bank that just so happened to shop while looking house casual, I am disgusted by tonight’s treatment and will be sure to spread the word to friends and business partners alike about the treatment at this location. This happened at this same store last yr and I thought maybe I was imagining things, but to have it occur again and to see a complaint below of the same thing solidifies it. The employees are either or both racist/classist (based on exterior opinion) when they, themselves, are probably not even making more than $15 per hour. The audacity!
