First time getting my haircut at this location and Arelys was AMAZING! She did a great job not only cutting my hair, but she made sure to explain to me what she was doing at all times! She really is amazing and I will definitely will be going back to see her!

The store associates were super friendly. The cashier Gabriella was also very nice. The main issue that I had was actually with the manager while the cashier was ringing out my friends purchase and she made a slight mistake (which we were not inconvenienced nor upset by) when she called the manager over who was a woman with short purple hair to adjust the issue. She made a huge tizzy about this small mistake. Genuinely just going in on this young lady for a very small error. She made what I felt to be very offputting and racially charged comment towards this young lady. She said “How can we fix this? We can’t it’s imposible (impossible in Spanish)”, this was very weird and unnecessary none of us were speaking Spanish and the cashier spoke perfect English . The young lady was Hispanic and I just felt so bad for her. It was absolutely UNNEED. I feel bad for the employees there.

If you purchase curb side, employees expect you to park in the fire lane outside the store of a very busy shopping center. I waiting over 20 minutes for my curb side order. Don’t offer curb side if you’re not able to do it efficiently.

I went to the salon recently and booked with Adrian and it was by far my BEST salon experience ever! For years I avoided salons and only cut my own hair because I was afraid to trust anyone to cut my naturally curly hair. My hair was extremely dry and damaged from straightening and coloring and I thought there was no return. I took a chance and booked with Adrian and I’m so happy I did! My curls are back, moisturized, and looking better than ever. He truly changed my life with this haircut and was so kind and informative in the process. I will be returning regularly as he has become the only person I’ll ever trust with my hair!

I am usually disappointed when I have to come here.
From employees who don’t acknowledge you until you catch their eye, to associates getting irritated with me at cash wrap for asking what my points balance is (here’s a tip: if you don’t want to have to redo the whole transaction, don’t make your customers ask what their available rewards are!), to not price matching their own website. Who doesn’t price match their own company’s website? Clearly sales aren’t all that important to you guys.
I’ll be going to JCPenney or Amazon to get what I need from now on. So over Ulta.
