I took my 18-year-old son here for his first pedicure. I chose the Volcano package and he was impressed. He said it was expensive, but he loved it so much he said he'd come back again. We were very satisfied with the service. We will definitely be back. The only disappointment was that the air conditioning seemed to be broken, making the place hot. The staff is very nice, and Julie is amazing.

Had an extremely pleasant experience! Owners were friendly warm also had suggested a great nail color. The Tech Lee was very meticulous took his time and was very friendly. I’ll definitely be coming back when I visit this area again.

I visited Unique Nails last Thursday around 5:00 p.m., and my experience was incredibly disappointing. There were only three people working, and I kept being told to wait just five more minutes. Eventually, they had to call the owner to come in. When she started doing my nails, she ended up stopping and had her husband finish them instead.
I wanted short coffin nails and showed them a picture of what I wanted, along with the same orange color to match my toes. Instead, they gave me a coral color that leaned more towards pink. The acrylic application was terrible—too thick and not properly shaped around the cuticle. Just two days later, one nail came off completely intact. When I went back to get it fixed, they couldn't find the same color they used and instead applied a bright orange, thinking that was acceptable. They didn't even offer to remove all my nails and redo them completely.
Overall, it was a complete waste of $70 for subpar service and mediocre nails. I will never return, and I do not recommend Unique Nails. They're short-staffed, slow, and the quality of their work is just not worth it.

I have had nothing but great experiences here. My pedicures are to die for. I almost always fall asleep because it is sooo relaxing. The staff is very nice and Annie is amazing.

I come here regularly to get my pedicures and always have a great experience! The staff is all kind and everyone does a good job throughout the experience. The salon is beautiful and very comfortable-- especially the massaging chairs!

I can’t say enough good things about Unique Nails. The owner is very kind. It’s very affordable compared to other places. You pay for a great service and product. I have been going here for a year now and I send all my friends and family here too. I always get a gel mani and pedi. They both last two weeks. If gel doesn’t work for you I recommend doing the dip powder. This place deserves five stars. Leaving a bad review because you didn’t like the price is very shallow. Unique nails is a great nail place and I will always be a customer. I highly recommend.

Nail tech did a good job but OMG $70 for a Polish only is crazy. My daughter and I stopped in before a doctors appointment and we did not get a pedicure. We literally just got gel polish on our toes. Mind you I paid a $20 tip which brought the total to $70 but $25 each for polish only is crazy. My regular salon is, $13 for a gel polish change. Just thought I would put it out there if considering this salon
In response to the comment left on my review, your high quality products peeled right off. I made sure to add the time stamp so you or anyone else don’t think it was made up. So I guess the nail tech didn’t do too good after all. This is ridiculous.

I stopped at unique nails because it was my last day in town and my regular nail shop was not open. I was there on Monday for gel mani and pedi and 4 nails have broken since and I lost the polish on my big toe. My nails are also very weak, I'm not sure if it was the tech and application or the product used but beware. I would not return to this place. $90 (after tip) and very upset customer
