The UPS Store on Platt was by far and away the worst shipping experience I have ever had to deal with. The long haired older gentleman was incredibly rude and worked as slow as possible. He kept sassing the line that was out the door. He even made a women wait in the line 30 minutes just to tell her he couldn’t sign off her form, and then proclaimed to the crowd that “THIS IS NOT UPS, UPS IS ENTIRELY DIFFERENT.”
Unprofessional. The guy needs to be cut loose.

Jayden was fantastic in my visit to this location. As a longtime Ups customer Jayden was the most professional , courteous, respectful , and friendly employee/ person i’ve come across. He explained everything thoroughly and took the time to explain the processes we took for our transaction. Fantastic Staff through and through - Also side note, Bucky, another employee i interacted with, was a great person to talk to while i waited in line. He interacted with all the line to make sure everyone felt attended to. Overall fantastic experience at this hyde park location

Long time customer. I think they are trying to help when I’ve called but no one is willing to call me back or dive into the issue. The Amazon return scanner scanned 3 items, printed labels and I chose to get an emailed receipt. None of the scans were recognized by Amazon and my emailed receipt was a blank message. It’s over $100 of return items that are in limbo somewhere and because the email was blank ( though this is an option for proof receipt) I have no proof of returns. I’ve asked if there is a log within the scanning computer. I know the exact date & time
If it were $2.00 I wouldn’t care so much but it was sneakers, a sweater and an item. Help?

The team that runs this store is excellent. So attentive and kind. When I was pregnant they would take extra care to assist me with my packages, and I’ll never forget how above and beyond they have gone in their client service. Lee, you’re awesome. As is the whole crew. I’m a grateful mom who no longer has to deal with mailbox theft at my home thanks to opening a mailbox at this spot. Best decision.

I WAS IN AND OUT IN LESS THAN 5 MINUTES.
I RETURNED 2 PACKAGES. NO ISSUE AT ALL.
WILL BE BACK THIS WEEK. PLUS PLENTY OF FREE
PARKING SPACE ON SITE. UNLIKE DOWNTOWN TAMPA WHICH IS TERRIBLE!!!
WOULD RECOMMEND HERE.

The staff people at this UPS Store are always friendly and helpful. I have been doing business with them for years and don't recall ever having seen an employee so much as raise his or her voice to a customer. They are all helpful. No matter how simple a question might be, they answer respectfully and completely. This small store handles a tremendous number of packages daily but the staff never seems frustrated or stressed. Great group.

I needed copies of large documents that were difficult to scan (framed diplomas) and they had to be done piecemeal but Doug did an amazing job putting it all together to make a copy of each!
Notary services were quick and straightforward.
Staff was very friendly and helpful.

This store is in the heart of Hyde park, and an essential place to send and receive packages. But is more than that, it’s like visiting family, when you walk in the store. Everyone is friendly and very helpful. I always enjoy going there, even during the holiday blitz!

Go to the Channelside store for mailbox services, printing and great service!
I stopped by the Platt store to drop off two express packages.
I paid $80+ for shipping labels, and was rudely advised of a $3 “computer fee” even though I did not use a computer in the store. This review is not a complaint about the $3, it’s over the principle of poor service and baseless ancillary charges that are inconsistently applied.
