The Owner of this store is overcharging for their document scanning services. I previously owned a UPS Store in St Petersburg and we charged $2 for the first page and .25 for each page thereafter. This stores list price is $3 per page. I did ask for a discount and they “only” charged me $1.75 per page. I was in a hurry so I had to pay their “discounted” price. After I left, I called FedEx office who only charges $.55 per page. I hate to say this as a previous UPS Store owner, but go to FedEx office and not here if you don’t want to get ripped off. BTW this UPS store for a copy charges .50 per page and they have to give you paper for that price. For the electronic processing of a scan they have no additional cost so how does this make sense for a copy to be significantly less than a scan?

I used to go to the S Howard location for over four years at least once a week. They have a door in the rear that has been “broken” for at least three years; the store is always junky; the newest manager (2024) is rude and condescending. I now use the S MacDill location with much better service and cleaner!

I visited this location to return some items from Amazon, and I must say, my experience was exceptional. Dain provided outstanding service—his professionalism truly enhanced my visit. He certainly deserves recognition for his efforts, including a well-deserved promotion and raise.

The UPS store on south Howard is fantastic. Always friendly and quick. Handles many different tasks. From picking up, to dropping off, and printing, shredding, and scanning too! The staff are great.

The worst UPS store probably in the country. Just to print one document 5$. Are you crazy ? They charged me in addition for some reason pc usage one hour
