I’m a regular UPS customer and live nearby, so I really want this location to be my go-to. But unfortunately, my experience today left me disappointed — not because of the protocol, but because of how it was communicated.
When I dropped off my package, I was told that a box was required instead of a bag. I completely understand that UPS has specific guidelines — that wasn’t the issue. It was the tone and lack of basic hospitality in how that message was delivered that stood out.
The team member at the desk was kind, cheerful, and trying to help. But the manager hovered nearby with an energy that felt tense and dismissive. When I asked about using a padded mailer as a more affordable alternative, the manager refused to engage directly. She walked past without making eye contact and said, “They will not work,” before disappearing to the back — leaving the desk staff to manage without support.
It’s unfortunate, because this location is so convenient, and the rest of the team is doing their best. But the manager’s demeanor has created an environment that feels unwelcoming and on edge. I hope this feedback is received in the spirit it’s given — with the hope that things can shift toward a more positive, respectful experience for both customers and staff.

Alexis had me in and out very quickly and was so friendly and professional. I have several UPS locations nearby but only use this one because of Alexis and Yaz

Dropped my iPhone there to be shipped and it never left the store. I also dropped off another package to fedex the same day. FedEx shipped the package and it has been signed for but UPS showed the package I dropped off to the them, not leaving the store. So I asked Charity (no name tag, it’s the name she gave me when I asked) if she could check to see if the phone was still there but she refused to check. She didn’t even pull up the tracking number I had. She just told me it’s not here and to call UPS 1800 number. I did so and after driving to store, waiting in line and then calling UPS as directed and being on the phone for 6-7 minutes due to automated systems, nothing was accomplished because Hannah on the phone said the store had to file an investigation but Charity told me the company I’m sending it to has to file a claim. I went online and tried to file but UPS claims I can’t ask for more than $100 even though the phone is worth 5x that. I emailed UPS to complain about Charity so hopefully they will look into the matter to see if the phone was stolen by a UPS employee and I reached out to the company I’m sending the phone to so maybe they can file an investigation into what happened. I would never send anything worth anything at this store as apparently you can drop it off to them and they can “lose it” and there’s no way to file a claim at the store. I think Charity is the assistant manager at this location and I find her name ironic because she was completely apathetic towards my concerns.

Alexis & Yaz were great, very helpful, very friendly, and you can tell they really enjoy their jobs! Always makes the experience better when you have good employee interaction : )

This review is long overdue. The 2 ladies, Alyssa and Alexes really went above and beyond for me when I needed to print out a label from Macy’s on February 29th. Instead of me going all the way home to print it after being on the phone in the parking lot for 30 minutes with Macy’s. They were kind enough to send the label to the printer at the store. Which was such a relief for me. I always go to this particular store whenever I need to ship anything because everyone is so nice and helpful. Ozzie is always on hand to notarize documents whenever I need them.
