Don’t go here for your Amazon returns. God forbid you need to tape one side of a box for Amazon return they wanted to charge 2.00 to tape one small box. Meanwhile, whole roll is 4.00. Talking about gauging. Take business else where.

The Palma Ceia UPS Store is my favorite. The staff is amazing, helpful, professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. It is nice to have such a great place to go in the neighborhood for professional help with everything from large to small projects. Great work people! Thank you. 😊

As you can see from the already very low rating, this is a terrible UPS store. They completely botched my notary job with sloppy writing and basic mistakes, by the time it was done it looked like a kindergartener had done it. The individual doing it wouldnt follow simple instructions and the document was useless at that point and had to be totally redone at another store due to her lack of competence. Additionally, numerous packages I had them pack and ship for me were put together so poorly they were falling apart at the destination. I do not recommend wasting your money at this location the lack of unprofessional behavior and poor job they do isnt worth it. Go to the one on Gandy - everyone there seems competent and professional so far.

This is one of the better UPS offices in the south Tampa area. I’m always in and out and the staff are friendly and efficient. So much better than the location on west Gandy.

The UPS store on Macdill is absolutely fantastic! The manager, Jesse, is so helpful and was especially KIND and CARING when printing photos of our family with our dad who then passed away. We will always be so grateful for his professionalism and personal touch.
Everyone there is fantastic but I want to say 3 words… MIA MIA MIA!!! Mia is so helpful, kind and PATIENT especially with technical stuff and returns!! She makes it happen for you and with a big smile!
Overall I’d love to rate this store a 10 stars but it only goes up to 5 stars. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Customer Service is bad as the manager or owner of the store present act as if he is making you a favor and do not care about your business. Not going there anymore and i recommend if you ship large amounts of orders. Do not give your money to this place as they do not care about your boxes

I’ve patronized this location literally thousands of time and for almost all of their services, and the staff and experience is consistent amazingly top notch.
During power outages, AC mishaps, COVID, holidays, etc., these wonderful peeps never skip a beat and 100% help and with legit
smiles. I genuinely look forward to starting many a day by swinging by just after open at 8a on weekdays.
I’d hang out here if it was normal and wouldn’t hold up the lines. The employees here really are that awesome. Thanks for being such a bright spot for so many in S Tampa (yes, we compare notes)!

The staff is always so helpful whether I am printing, shipping, or returning Amazon! The 15% savings for AARP was a bonus!
