I was to notarize a doc for a foreign country.( the same procedure has been done previously in another UPS 3751)The staff member , which pretended to be the manager, told me “ she cannot notarize the doc unless it was translated so she could read the content.”A licensed notary person should know that his responsibility is to confirm and verify the signatory, (the person who signs the doc in front of her) with a valid state doc.It is not his/her business to know the content of the doc which will be sent to sec. Of state office an apostille.The owner of the store must verify the credentials, competency and ethic of work of their employees.Disappointment

They don't answer the phone, return calls, or respond to emails. Take this into account when renting a box at this location. I'm now unable to have my mail forwarded because they don't respond.UPS store- WHY do you keep responding with "email us" when you don't return calls or emails? This is a baseless answer when you don't fix the problem. I have NOT hesitated to tell you the issues.(PS, this is solely a review of (unfortunate) management. In store workers are excellent.)

WE ARE BEING CHARGED $2,000Droped off the damaged Galaxy Z Fold phone to UPS with the Original TMobile Shipping Label. Through T Mobil insuranceTHIS UPS has told us again & again that it is out of their hands ( plus manager reluctantLy not trying to give face or help us; only thing ever said to report claim only online from either/both parties involved)the tracking number that is on the T-MOBILE SHIPPING LABEL given to us is the same one UPS gave us; That belongs to USPS .We only have a drop off receipt With anINVAILD TRACKING NUMBER FOR STARTERSAnd NO FURTHER receipts or documents CAN CONFORM to the date and which USPS Ever pickEd up the packageALSO went to USPS to discuss this matter & they say that this Package was NEVER received By them, there is NO records of EVER obtaining the package from the UPS @ 4532 W Kennedy Blvd, Tampa, FI 33609.DROP OFF RECIPE ONLY HAS THE FOLLOWING;the time & which is was Given to UPS;The Receipt doesn't have any further description of-what it was (Galaxy z Fold)-where it was sent to (T-Mobile insurance)- or even if it has SHIPPING INSURETHE MOST surprising thing on the drop off receipt is that the package weight is 0.IB & 0ozNOW T Mobile is charging US $2,000.00AFTER 23 years that my dad IS-72 year old-retired-cancer survivor ( with bags on his stomach to pee and p*** from)- and that has been with T MOBILE FOR 23 years ever since coming to this countryWe have returned plenty of phones and THISNEVER HAS HAPPENED BEFORE

I opened a new mailbox here on 9/9/23 and was told there were no keys for it yet. I asked for 2 keys and for a copy of my po box paperwork to be placed in the new box for pickup. I've called daily and left multiple voice messages and I even emailed once to check the status of the keys being made etc and can't get anyone to respond. This is really frustrating because I'm disabled and can't just drive and go to the store on a whim to check in person. My plan was to give the stuff to my employee to take care of checking the box for me and add her to the list of approved people to check my box when Igo to pick up the new keys... I'm eventually going to have to go down there due to the lack of communication (they have never answered the phone..... always gotta leave a message and no call back). If I go all the way down there and hobble in there with my cane.....there better be keys and paperwork or I'm going to be so upset!

5 stars for manager, Lee, I think his name was and the blonde working with him. Was quoted $22 last week for shipping a cot back to Amazon. Decided it was more than I thought was fair so I left with it to pack myself and bring it back to ship.Found out packing it myself, at my age, was impossible and that $22 was actually reasonable and appreciated the help as I was physically unable to do it. I could barely carry it. Kenia rang me up. She quoted $29.04. I told her Lee had said $22. She visibly mentally calculated and said “that’s only $8 difference, that’s not much money”. I said “it’s a lot to me” and she rolled her eyes. Now I admit I didn’t take that unprofessionalism very well and told her she was disrespectful. She laughed and said oh well. Lee and the blonde gal were lovely and saved the transaction but I was shaking so bad from her disregard, I myself was ugly acting. But I wasn’t on the clock representing UPS and was very frustrated. I probably woulda let it go but THEN I told her I was gonna write a review and she said thank you.

Pretty rare that I notice excellent customer service when dropping off a Amazon Return. The gentleman was polite, and actually interested in giving an excellent customer experience. Congrats UPS Store!

Best Ups store in town. The manager Victoria is super friendly and the whole team is efficient. I will now be driving out of my way a few minutes to visit this store bc the service is exceptional :)

Very disappointed with my experience this morning at this location. Got a PO Box here last week. Went to add my husband, but when I arrived the customer service person did not know how to complete this service and stated the manager had stepped out to the bank and would return in 5 minutes. I stated I would wait. Then she changed it to 20 minutes again, I agreed to wait. After waiting 25 minutes, I was informed that I would have to come back later or go to another location on Gandy or Henderson. I don’t understand how a manager could leave the store without having proper trained staff to handle all of the store transactions. It was a waste of my time and gas.

was told notary was available today and wasn’t there. Stated they’re never there on the weekend.Showed up along with 5 other people at opening and the store wasn’t open at 9:35am when the opening time stated 9:30. Unsure when the store opened because all of us waiting left.
