I guess maybe this is more on me but I never thought they would charge $3 to print 2 pieces of paper. Just regular.
Black & white, no color nothing special regular size paper. They were nice about it though . But the 1500% mark up is a little steep don't you think or is it just me?

I can’t say enough good things about Karissa, the store manager at my local UPS. Every time I visit, she’s consistently kind, attentive, and incredibly helpful. Whether I’m dropping off a package or handling more complex shipping needs, Karissa always goes above and beyond to make the process smooth and stress-free.
What truly sets her apart, though, is her heart for the community. She recently organized a beautiful and thoughtful back-to-school fundraiser for local kids—a gesture that speaks volumes about her character and leadership. It’s not every day you find someone who not only excels at their job but also genuinely cares about the people they serve.

I was helped by the store manager. Karissa Rodgers today, 07/29/2025, in W Gandy Blvd Tampa FL. I came in at 8:10AM and I was out at 8:15AM. Quick & easy! Karissa was informative and assisted me well. Thank you, Karissa! There’s ample parking space in this location too.

Everytime I visit the Gandy/Dale Mabry store I'm greeted by a Ms. K. Rodgers! Not only does she provide great customer service, alot of the times she's handling alot of customers by herself! She's never frustrated or at least she doesn't show it, all while maintaining great service. I visit this location multiple times a week and she is what makes this store GREAT!

Karissa the store manager was great. Very helpful explaining what “customer packed” mean and what boxes are acceptable. I’ve been there before where the person was not helpful and just told me to put it in a different box.
