I have always admired the helpful and pleasant attitude of the folks that work at this UPS store. Especially during the holiday season, they are swamped with lines and do their very best to apologize for the wait and thank customers for their business! Wonderful customer service!

They charged me $7.51 for seven black and white prints. Seriously? But the worst part was the representative's terrible attitude throughout the entire process. Why do they hire people with such poor customer service? I definitely won't be back, much less recommending them to others.

Randall is always great. I was in today and there were at least 15 people in line, and just kept coming. He helped everyone in a timely manner, was friendly, and somehow managed to not be overwhelmed. He really did an awesome job.

Never had a quick drop off at this UPS store - probably because it is constantly busy with patrons and it can take 15-30 minutes to get service ( in and out is near impossible). It really depends what associate(s) might be working, some seem much more competent and proactive than others.
For the most part they are cordial (not over friendly but professional) - seems like they just have too much to do at one time.

This locations current staff is amazing. Fast, friendly. Makes me feel like a valued customer and not another $ sign walking in. They talk to you and make you feel welcomed.

This store is the slowest . I stood there waiting for 20 minutes before the associate said we are busy a customer has 7 parcels to process. Either wait 30 minutes or go somewhere else. What a miserable company.
