This place Will always try to charge you for Amazon returns they will make up anything for you to buy a box from them. Avoid returning here or doing any business at all

I love this place...and don't think it smells bad! All employees that work here are pleasant, professional, and efficient. My only critique is that during bust morning times, especially, Mondays, usually there is only one employee working so you have to wait. But worth the wait!

Store representative "Ines" is nothing short of outstanding. Even though I live in South Tampa and there is a UPS store close by, I always go to this location because I know the level of service I'll receive there is impeccable.

I can only give this UPS store location a one star today. I walked in the door to ship a couple boxes, and the smell in the store literally knocked me down. It was so strong. Instant headache!! I thought I had walked in to the candle store. If you are sensitive to smells or have allergies, I recommend that you don’t use this UPS Store.

$3.50 email fee plus $.99/page to print a shipping label to send something that I’m already paying for is outrageous and poor service. Other locations (e.g. PostNet) are happy to earn my business and don’t charge printing fees for shipping labels or for opening emails.If UPS pays their employees $15/hr, a $3.50 email fee covers enough labor costs for 14 minutes of work, despite that the opening and printing of an email only takes 15 seconds.This fee almost doubled the cost of shipping an item ($5.76) and is why I do not intend to return to this location.

Second time I came here and fax machine and other equipment is out. They suck and need to update their equipment pretty sure this is a regular. Thought I give it another try since it’s closest to me but this is last time I’m ever coming here. ?
