I recently stopped in and was “helped” by leyanet if you can even call it help. She seemed to be having trouble understanding me and was extremely rude the entire time. Don’t think I’ll be using this location again!

The charges are outrageous, more than other UPS near it & the employees look unhappy to be there.. I went there at 4pm this past Sunday, (the website says it closes at 5pm) & it was closed.. Employee said the manager left early & told him to close the door an hour early.. Never again will I use this store.. 2nd bad experience w/ this location & I waited to see if the 1st time was an off day but nope, never again..

Other UPS stores charge me less than 25 cents for just a print out, this store charged me $2.50. I asked why soo high, they explained to me it's because the have a lot of customers

The service was great! Dean was very friendly and cordial along with being professional. He took care of all of my concerns and made sure that I would receive the proper care and shipping for the collectors items I was sending out! All in all I would business again here!

I wanted to cause a scene for the first time in my life but that’s just not me.
I made an online appt with UPS to complete my fingerprinting for the DBPR. I called ahead to confirm 15 minutes before arriving. Upon arrival they couldn’t find my appt in the system and so I confirm the appt through my email and the guy Rob then tells me that the appt has to be scheduled through “FieldPrint”. So now, I’m just asking like, well if you set the time aside for my appt now can’t you just take care of me? It’s not my fault that a literal appt on the UPS website is considered invalid. The store staff wasn’t even trying to be helpful or even apologetic for the inconvenience. Rob was even a little hostile about the whole thing when I acknowledged how much of a waste of time this had just became for me since they were unwilling to accommodate me. I feel like it was partly a race thing but I can’t prove it. I feel like if I was anybody else they would’ve been a lot more attentive. I’d be mad if I was Rob too, because what grown man wears royal blue color contacts? GEEEEIIIIIIGGGGGHHHHH

Only UPS store I’ve been to that actually charges you $1.50 to tape the box and $2.69. And then the representative actually corrects me on the amount that I was posting so I didn’t miss post the amount on their Google review. His name is John. And he was being a jerk to me all the way out of the store. Never said one rude thing to the guy. Then he tells me “Hope you have a better day” as I am walking out the door. At first I was simply posting that they charged fees. I was just annoyed since the one on Hillsborough doesn’t charge fees. Well just kept making jabs at me which was completely inappropriate, so John earned every bit of the 1 star that I changed this to
