I recently had the pleasure of working with Sebastian Aguirre at the UPS Store (4586), and I wanted to share my positive experience. Sebastian was incredibly helpful and professional. He took the time to understand my shipping needs and provided clear, concise options. He was patient in answering all my questions and made the entire process smooth and efficient.
What stood out most was Sebastian's friendly demeanor and willingness to go the extra mile. He clearly cares about providing excellent customer service. Terrible service, shipped package was stolen and they refused to help investigate. Person claiming to be owner Got very irrational, refused to access confirmation. PROTIP: Most banks and credit unions offer free notary services to customers.
Had us waiting 40 minutes just to do two boat stamps. Notary was on hold on the phone the whole time and probably couldn't handed that off to someone else. So many people came and left before we were helped.

Where do I start?!
I had gone a day before to have some general questions answered and was greeted and assisted by David. I was so impressed by his professionalism and knowledge, it gave me confidence to return and send my package.
The next day I returned in hopes to be helped by David, and sure enough he was there. I let someone else go before me to be assisted by another agent.
David is worth the wait.
The level of service provided by David was beyond basic.
Superb!! EXCELLENT! He explained everything in detail, took his time and analyzed the items with care and thought of what worked best.
His tone of voice calming, and reassuring my package was being sent through the right place.
David was aware of the details and needs for my package. It's those small details that matter. My most memorable detail was when he precisely yet carefully bagged my paper roses.
I hope David is recognized for his exemplary work and hope he becomes an ambassador for UPS stores, on what real dedicated customer service looks like.
