The man who seemed to be the owner was completely rude and disrespectful, not only to his employees but to the people coming in. I watched him be completely rude and micromanaging employees with customers. He came up and grabbed my phone out my hand without asking, started sliding up and doing things on my phone without asking for consent ever to touch my phone. He then threw my package on the ground with no care of what was inside. This man should be fired. Worst experience at USP ever, 100% using USPS from now on

Waited in line for a vital laboratory, was in line for 30 minutes, God forbid the Amazon returns get processed. Waited 40 minutes and told! Sorry he just left. The gut was hov was hovering the whole time I was there.

Went to ship a few items. Asked the lady to package them in one box and she proceeded to drop the first item in box with a hard toss. Then when giving us a quote for the shipping she quoted a price and day and when asked to confirm on screen it had a different day. When we pointed it out she gave us a different price, almost three times the price. When pointing it out that she told us another day and price she said no she didn’t. A very nice lady who was waiting behind us said no you told them Wednesday with the lesser amount she just looked at us like we were all crazy. We then just said we will buy the box and check the item you threw in it before you leave. She gave a nonchalant attitude. Will find another UPS store for future shipping

I walked into this UPS store and saw three workers—one girl with long black hair was kind of cleaning near the front, a guy was sitting down, and a girl with pink hair was standing next to him. No one greeted me or even looked up. After a moment, the guy told the girl with pink hair to help me. She walked over, didn’t say anything, just scanned my package and QR code, asked if that was it and handed me my receipts. The whole interaction felt really unfriendly and awkward.

This UPS store never opens on time. I can't count the number of times during the week when they are not open on time and have to go elsewhere to ship things out.

As you would expect. Didnt bother trying to deliver my package, did not even knock on the door. Instead they took it straight here. Nobody answers the phone. So they just take your package hostage unless you find a way to get here. If i wanted or was able to leave my house i wouldn’t have ordered a delivery. Virtually no support from UPS customer service line.

I have used UPS stores to received business mail for more than 20 years in a variety of cities where I have lived. This location I have been a customer for 3+ years and it is by far the very worst run location I have experiences. If I could give less than 1 star I would.

I had a disappointing experience at this location on Sunday, Dec 8, 2024. The manager refused to provide me with complete service. When I said I have a bussines account with UPS, and I'll email the store the prepaid labels for them to print. He started saying no no we don't do that and he asked his employee to remove my box from the scale. When I asked him what was it that they couldn't do that I didn't understand...he kept saying no. I told him that the E Bearss location measures and weights the boxes as part of their procedure. I asked him to call his manager because this is a prepaid account and I rely on this service. Then he walked away from me to the wall behind and I could hear him talking and telling someone we don't do that for clients. The employee that was originally helping me clarify to me that what they don't do is weight and measure the boxes, and put the labels themselves. They will print the labels because is the only service I'm paying the store for. This inconsistency made my visit quite frustrating.

Store doesn't open on time says 8:30 web site says open. Got there at 8:45 am and they were closed. Service is good if you can get in.
