Rude employees. The location was very very busy. Dropped off an Amazon return. Employee yelled loudly in front of all the people waiting that I may not be able to insure the return since it was not in the original packaging. How would she know this? The item was in the same packaging as I received it. I walked out with no receipt of the return being dropped off. She embarrassed me and made me feel wrong. The item did arrive to the seller and I received my refund.

Jamaican lady(Jeraine I think her name was) by herself on a Monday took care of over 15 people 2 at a time including me. Was calm, kind and respectful through the entire rush while I was waiting. If she isn't a manager she needs to be one. If she is she needs to be a manager of the managers.

Is there something new going on with management at this store? Been using this location for years and the last 2 times, today and about 1 mo ago, it was so disorganized. Only 2 people working and they were both very overwhelmed and kind of rude. A lot of Amazon returns warrants a better system for checking in items. Perhaps a third person to offset the obvious congestion. I am missing Gabby, who is either not on when I have been there recently or is no longer working at this store. She rocked. I eventually got service but it shouldn't take that long or be that off putting.

Mitchell has excellent customer service skills. I have been to this UPS Store multiple times. Today I had Amazon returns. When I entered the store Mitchell was already helping a customer who I'll just say was a complicated case. He was being very patient and kind with her but it was taking a very long time. A line ended up forming. I was really impressed with Mitchell remaining calm with a pleasant attitude and doing his job.

Came here last year to mail my Christmas present and they lost all of them. Over $500 lost I was only reimbursed for a fraction of the cost. I went back there today with an Amazon return and they were extremely unhelpful and not very friendly. I went down the street to another UPS, and she cleared up the problem very quickly just by listening to me. Would not recommend this location.

I usually don’t have issues at this location but on my last visit the man working was on the phone until a line formed and then made fun of my partner for having the wrong type of return label. When I clarified what we needed because he said it very quickly and then ignored us he said “I’ll hire you, you listen”. Somehow I don’t think the problem is your employees…

Bad service. My package was dropped off 4 days ago to be shipped still hasn’t left there. Every time I call for updates no one can be bothered to answer the phones. And the day I dropped off the kids running the store, were unprofessional and kept talking about personal matters in front of waiting customers cussing and bad mouthing who ever they were talking about at the time. Definitely the last time I use this location.

The same man keeps scanning my packages and they get sent right back to me and he doesn’t ask questions or anything. This happened twice. Please inform your employees if the label is wrong or right and make sure it’s going where it’s supposed to go. Thank you.

PLEASE DONT GO ….The manager who is in this place in the morning one day I came to send a box and did not remove an old label that the box had, well, she did not remove it and stuck the new one in the same box, which the workers sent me to my same address I went back and tried to talk to her in a good way and she said that it is not her responsibility to remove it, that I should have done it myself, and I paid again for a poor quality service, besides that every time I go she treats me badly not only I have seen it in other people and in my daughter too, that day I humiliated myself in front of other people, I know another man, he is Cuban, he treats customers very well, I hope the owner sees what kind of person he has working, whenever I go She treats me badly and if you don't want to go through humiliation and a bad time, go somewhere else.

Amazon had me drop off a return to them, they tried to charge me $5 for a bag to send it back in when no other ups has had us so this we just drop the item get a confirmation and that it, after we found something to put the item in they said to print the return label we had to pay $1.25 or $1.50 I can’t remember but when we went to pay with card they said card payments are $3.50 so we had to pay $3.50 for ONE label to be printed. This has NEVER happened with an other ups amazon return we’ve done. Also we have zero information on our return because the receipt we have is only for the label return charge, no tracking number or info, nothing saying item was received, no prof we dropped it off at all just that we got charged $3.50 so spent 1+ hour on the phone with Amazon trying to figure out what was going on and we still have to wait 5-7 days to see if Amazon even gets the item. I’d almost be mad with Amazon but all these issues are on this store especially since I’ve done plenty of ups drop offs with amazon to know that wasn’t the norm.

So the “kid” that did my return, was distracted, unfocused and did not instill confidence in me that my Amazon return would get done correctly.He scanned about 7 items and then hands me a receipt with one tracking number and when I pointed it out he said “oh”and hands me another one (is it really mine, not sure)He didn’t put a label on one of my returns and says yes I’ll get it.To him it’s just an Amazon return, but to me it could be thousands of dollars that if Amazon doesn’t receive it back with my name on them and I may not get my refund.Not sure I’ll go here again especially on a Saturday morning.
