Yeah, where's my iPhone 17 I shipped to my college kid's dorm but he only received an empty box? Where is the shipping log? I want to see at which location the package weight dropped. Interesting thing the only person who knew I was shipping an iphone 17 in the box was at the store and I was even warned of UPS scamming when no tracking label is given. Interesting! Shame on you #UPS

called this location at 1:25pm today to see if there was an available notary. First off the guy who answered didn’t even answer with a proper greeting or hello! He advised a notary will be there until 5:30pm. I then asked do they notarize legal documents just to be sure, & he laughed. I asked what’s funny? He stayed quiet. I asked again, excuse me what’s funny? Still no response . I just hung up. Not coming here to deal with unprofessional employees. so ridiculous.

I needed to drop off a package, they say the store opens at 8:30 am and I left at 9 am and the store wasn't open. I got late to work 🤬

I’ve been a customer at the UPS store in Cross Creek for many years, and I’ve seen a noticeable improvement in service—especially since Kay joined the team. He’s efficient, helpful, and always provides excellent customer service. Keep up the great work!

i was excited to see that they redesigned the store so i was hoping that their service got better but that was not the case. 10 july 2025 at 17:45 the guy refused to let me tape up my package in-store and when i let him know that the box was open he got frustrated saying “you already told me that that was the first thing you told me i got it”. very rude and i do no trust them to seal my package unless i watch them seal it myself

Rude staff. Was finishing scanning items and it hit 700 pm and they basically kicked us out of there saying they are closed. Never had such an experience before.

I’ve been coming to this location for years and always had a pleasant experience at this location, until this evening. I arrived a few minutes before closing and was being assisted by an employee I hadn’t seen before. At 7 p.m., when the store officially closed, rather than simply turning off the exterior “open” sign, the employee turned off the interior lights, leaving me in the dark while I was still completing my transaction. This felt abrupt and unwelcoming, especially considering I was already being helped and was wrapping up promptly. I’d encourage a reminder or refresher on basic customer service practices. A small gesture of courtesy can go a long way in maintaining the positive atmosphere I’ve come to expect from your store.

Hours say the store is open at 10am on Saturdays. I showed up and no one’s there. Disappointing.

This is the worst UPS EVER. I come here frequently. I tried to reach the owner by email no response. Kai is fantastic, always polite, and helpful. However there is a young high school Spanish kid working their. He's extremely rude, not helpful and had attitude. This would be a great UPS if this kid wasn't working there. Only Kai and Joseph made this store great. Hopefully the owner will look into this. As Kai apologize for this kids rude behavior.
