iv never had an issue returning Amazon items. This location does it way differently. I have never experienced complications with Amazon returns. It’s the easiest thing ever, but this location complicates it. I took my item and will just go to my usually UPS location that doesn’t make it difficult. After leaving, I see others experience the same difficulties at this location.

Amy is the most amazing multitasker I’ve ever seen!! She had a long line, two windows at the same time with customers and she was singing and smiling at everyone! She was able to process returns and purchases by jumping back and forth while the equipment TRIED to keep up with HER! She deserves a HUGE raise and if you don’t keep her, I’d hire her in a heartbeat!
