I had to ship back a large chair and was shocked when the return cost came out to almost twice what I paid for it. The person running this UPS took one look at the situation and immediately counseled me on an alternative approach.
They could’ve taken the business and said nothing, but instead they looked out for me. That kind of straightforward, customer-first service is rare. I’m grateful for the help and will keep coming back to this location.

We ship a lot for business and twice I’ve come here after 8AM during the week and they are not open. Waited with other customers and finally left and went to another location. They really need to manage this better or change their hours so people don’t waste their time. It’s so unprofessional.

Selene was wonderful. She had to do some searching for the large size paper and one that would work well for the 11 x 14 photo I wanted a reprint of. She didn’t give up and got me the results I needed. I was beyond excited for her efforts. Thanks to an employee who cares.

Store 1977 on Linebaugh Avenue in Westchase helped me find my cat today due to the FAST service!!! I called right at opening time and within minutes, the associate had me emailing her the flyer I made on Word at home, and even called me back at home to make sure everything was the way I wanted it.
She had 30 color flyers on cardstock ready for me to pick up within 30 minutes!! Amazing.
I posted them all over my neighborhood, and within an hour someone saw one of them and at the same time saw my fur baby darting across the road. Because she’d seen that flyer, she immediately stopped and picked up my cat, called us and I had my girl back!!! Anyone who loves their pet can understand the gratitude I feel that i was able to get her back so quickly.
Cannot thank the store associate enough!

What to give a great thumbs up to Randall at the ups on linebaugh ave. He helped me get a shipment done that would have taken me hours to complete. No hassle just great service. He’s the best. Totally cool and stress free service. Appreciate him.

Selene is absolutely wonderful — friendly, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile to help. Every time I visit the UPS Store, she greets me with a genuine smile and makes the whole process quick and effortless. Whether it’s shipping a package, printing documents, or helping with a return, she’s patient, efficient, and detail-oriented.
It’s rare these days to find someone who truly cares about customer service, but Selene does. She makes every visit pleasant and personal, and she’s a big reason I continue to use this location for all my shipping needs.

Never had a problem here til the other day. Went in and I already knew I wasn't gonna get any service. The girl with the blueish hair working was just not having it. She was pacing back and forth yelling about something and then She was really rude to another customer. And when the customer handed her package return to her, she just threw it behind her without a care in the world. Thats ridiculous. I Immediately walked right out. There's no way I was gonna drop my package off to this employee and have her mis handle it. Very unprofessional. I know people have bad days at work but just seeing what I witness go down made me super skeptical about the handling and treatment of my packages. As i sat in my car trying to look for another UPS, i saw the employee come out, still yelling about something and hit her vape then slammed the door back inside. Do yourself a favor and just go to another UPS.

I walked into this store ship a package to London, after scan the barcode of the prepay shipping label, the young gentleman couldn’t pull out the mailing label, he send me home. So I pull out the label on my phone, he asked me pay $4- for print out the shipping label, he say that new policy for UPS? When I hand him invoice of my package,, he said it’s no need, as long as there’s one inside the package….I just found out my package was hold up in Louisville KY delay due to missing commercial invoice….What a nightmare.
