So being the proud owner of a new 2024 Golf R I decided to try a new tuner shop in UroTuning. Unsure as to what I needed for this new vehicle since I was coming from a 2017 R which was damaged in the storms, I had no idea to what I needed to extract the same performance from this new car from what I had with my tuned 2017 R. I contacted Geoff and we slowly started working thru my goals and what expectations were. He was very knowledgeable with all levels of tuning options as well as what my expectations should be considering it’s a 2024 and certain tunes were available. We worked thru certain options and products and developed a plan for various modifications that met my ideas as well as my price points. Geoff also referred me to a great installer in Jose and after (so far) two levels of mods I am quite happy with my choice of UroTuning as well as Geoff in his knowledge as well with Jose with his installations. Definitely would recommend UroTuning especially Geoff as a salesperson and Jose and his shop for an install!

Other than the fact I received my order on time and with care. Jahvis, a customer Service rep, was able to provide exceptional service for me for 1 unit that was back ordered. Constant communication and order follow up for me which isn’t found in many companies now a days. UroTuning 100% recommended and will always be my go to when buying and replacing parts for my Tiguan.

Urotuning, doesn't sell part that they are supposed to have in stock, like coolant, oxygen sensors, hoses, ect,ect
they order parts for you and gain money for the markup price in what you ordered from them, save the hassle and the waiting time of a week or so, Google your parts and get them fast and cheaper as the same quality as them. They send me to a mini dealer near me. so Google first, but in my experience I got disappointed for the lack of essential parts.
