This location just keeps getting worse and worse. The rude, bald Spanish guy at the front is insane. Giving lecture about a single piece of tape for a return and was extremely rude the entire time. I don’t know what happened to the other staff but you should’ve kept them

Unfortunately, I had the worst experience with this post office. I do not receive my mail on time; some days, I do not receive packages. I have my mail set up with my email and see what is supposed to come in. Yesterday, nothing came in, but my email notified me that I had mail yesterday, including a package. It is not the first time. This month is the worst.

I’m standing at the postal office lobby right. There is only one person working. One person holding up the line and another 5 people in line waiting this is truly ridiculous if you live in the zip codes service by this branch of the US Postal Service be ready to be disappointed.

I had a package that said delivered and the address was right but nothing in mailbox then it says returned to sender cause address wasn't right but it was right it is lack of the employee doing his job right. It is sad to because I been waiting on this package and it is not the first time.I don't understand why everything has to be so hard when it is a simple job

I had great service after calling the 800 number. My issue was resolved in 24 hrs. If you call the local number, no one ever answers.

Hire a new management, these people are so slow and tests everyone's patience. They do not work efficiently and quickly. You will get your service done quicker if you leave stop by a gas station refuel your car, grab a coffee, finally arriving at the new USPS to drop off your package.

I have never had an issue with this location. I have been during my postal services here for more than 40 years when it was the Produce Postal Service before it was renamed. The employee have always been nice and professional.

Seems I’m having the same issue as many here. Notifications said they “attempted delivery” but that I wasn’t home and I very much was BOTH times! Now I’m tracking down the facility to find my package myself….

The guys at the counter were very nice! one was bald and the other had a head of hair lol. The only problem i had that was the door being half broken but other than that I was taken care of and my package was shipped off!

If I could leave a minus 5 stars,I would.apackage was to be delivered at my business.there are lockers available if the item won't fit the mailbox.so what does numb nuts do ? They say no one was at the office.realy leave it in the locker dumb dumb. Unbelievable.
