Honesty, I can not think of any.
Nabari was exceptional in customer service, polite , friendly, hard working, and went beyond when she did not know the answer.
She did make feel stupid. Or pretend to know. Love her honesty.
Troy, the supervisor, was phenomenally well informed and delivering the answers to my questions.
I had one question, which then turned into 5 others. Every question, he was able to clarify for me.
It was very educational of one question.
I am grateful that this place was open, and the staffs are delighted and pleasant to work with.
Will come back again for sure

This Post officce is a disgrace. They keep stopping my mail delivery when Im getting important documents like debit cards, social security, they make any excuse and don't deliver my mail. The management is beyond rude they act like you owed them something. If you have this kind of experiences where they stealing your mail please report them,something has to change. I called customer service. Im waiting on an answer but if there is Fraud department that will be my next step. This is unacceptable.

Super long line, only one person working and customer service is very rude, If you don’t like your job, then just quit. Will not be using that post office ever again

I have waited over a month for them to change my lock (3/25/25). Meaning I haven’t had access to my mail in over a month. Went to the office on Thursday to check on the status and was told they would get to it by Saturday. It is Monday and they still haven’t replaced it. Avoid this branch if you can.

The two ladies at the counter were so rude and disrespectful to the non English speaking customers. Making snide comments and saying stuff to each other when the customers didn’t understand English. At one point, the one girl said “The directions are right there in Spanish unless you can’t read Spanish either!” Then proceeded to make comments like “ Let me be quiet since I don’t have nothing nice to say!” If you can’t be polite, kind, and respectful to the people that you serve in that community then you probably shouldn’t work there!

To whom it may concern;,
Considering the high costs of everything you buy from the post office, it really needs a major upgrade;
1) sliding doors are broken
2) no available pen to fill out a form
3) and when ask for a pen, sometimes you get “as long as I get back” response — not professional.
