I’ve been trying to reach the manager for over three weeks to fix my address which has been incorrect in their system for two months and have not been able to get a hold of them. I’ve been there in person at least 6 times and called 5-6 times. My mail is being delivered to the wrong address, some urgency would be appreciated instead of just being told the manager/supervisors are not available.

The person over the phone was horribly rude, the tone of their voice was dismissive and they were quick to interrupt me repeatedly. I was not given a real answer to my question, instead I was told that the post office simply can’t accept my mail.

Sent my nephew school supplies and the supplies did not show up in the package !!!!! Absolutely disgusting that someone stoled my nephews things

Complete trash, and possibly thieves. Couldn’t get an answer on a missing package, come in an find someone signed for it with MY NAME, i decided to check my old address, which has a HOLD and a FORWARD mail active…. The mail person signed my name and left it on a porch of vacant house, in a rain storm. Plus I have a TON of missing mail they forgot to hold even though there is a confirmation of the hold, and I can’t even get a straight answer. Just wasted 30 mins of my time at this location with absolutely no answers and most of it is me just waiting at the desk while she disappears to come back 10 minutes later to have absolutely no update. Man this place is terrible.

I just don't understand how they are putting other people's mail in my mail box when the postal box number is different from mine. The mail box lobby doesn't seem to be accessible 24/7 anymore. The last couple of times I went passed 5:00pm, the mailbox lobby door was locked shut.

This is the worst USPS I have ever been to in all the five states I have lived in. They refuse to deliver our mail. They make up their own rules that are not in accordance with city, county, or federal regulations. If they do, then they have failed at communicating that and showing proof.

The post office on Nebrsska has been my jam for many years. This year I'm not getting up there as much because the economy is garbage and people aren't buying like they have in the past. But I still go a couple times a week. The staff is always nice(at least at this one) and knowledgeable. It's not far from my house so the convenience is top priority. They'll be my #1 post office for a long time(as long as Postnet doest take the spot. They rock)
