I want to take a moment to recognize an incredible customer service experience I had at the Forest Hills USPS Station in Tampa. I was assisted by Uta, and I truly cannot express enough how amazing she was.
I came in to inquire about shipping flyers for our business, and from the moment I spoke with her, Uta went above and beyond. She listened to my concerns with patience and genuine care, ensured I had all the necessary paperwork, and took the time to explain the process clearly. I left feeling heard, supported, and honestly, hopeful — something you don’t always expect when running errands.
Although this post office is about 40 minutes from my home, I would gladly make the drive again just to receive this level of service. It’s rare to find someone in public service who not only does their job well but takes pride in making sure people feel valued and respected.
While I know many USPS staff are doing their best in a fast-paced environment, Uta stood out for her ability to slow down, connect, and show that she genuinely cares about the community she serves. I sincerely hope management sees this and recognizes her for the impact she makes — we need more people like her in public service.

In the past everyone has been very helpful, friendly, courteous and kind. The last time I went I had to mail a package out of country. Javier helped me in filling out the customs and explained everything. It was so interesting watching him switch instantly from English to Spanish. He is obviously a valued employee.

They close earlier than the posted times. Apparently “postal time” is 3 minutes before the actual time. Have asked the postmaster for this station to call me… can’t make this stuff up!

Uta is very knowledgeable and helpful! She made my experience at the post office much easier and much more pleasant than it’s ever been. I’ll definitely be coming back to this location when I need to ship things :)

This is for Chantel G. !! I can't believe what they put you through!! Sounds like a Federal offense!! Messing with people's male is reason for lawsuit. No matter who you are. You can't mess with the mail!!

Worst USPS services! Don’t know why they are evening working, my important mail got returned twice and I had to wait two hours with IVRS to talk to customer services! And at the location I asked lady why can’t you guys hold mails at least 12 hours all she said she don’t have space it’s seems! Feels like our documentation is joke for them!
