How is it China can track my packages better and more accurately than the local postal service. It’s been in your possession for 4 days now, and it still has yet to even be entered in the system. But China tells me when it gets farted on sideways within minutes. I feel like this is a DIRECT reflection of our government local, state and federal. It’s completely disgraceful.

The black woman with a long braid in her hair working the front desk on the morning of 2/1/2024 was AWFUL!!! I came in there to look for a package that was falsely marked as vacant by my carrier and she would not help me at all. I tried to be as polite as possible and was still met with such rudeness? Tried telling me the tracking number I had was “fraudulent” because it was China Post. HUH? Not everything that comes over seas is fraudulent. It showed on MULTIPLE official mail tracking websites that USPS was the last company to have it. She would not even attempt to look where they hold packages (per their own website they’re supposed to hold vacant packages/mail for 10 days). She lied to my face and told me it would not be there.It wasn’t until I pressed further and got a supervisor involved to finally look, and what do you know? It was there, where they hold packages! Unbelievable. If it was up to her, I would’ve never received my package. I work in healthcare myself and know how stressful jobs can be, but you need to remember you are a government employee and these are people’s money you’re messing with! If you don’t want to take an extra 10 minutes to correct a mistake on your end, you should not be working in government.If you have a missing package and they’re not willing to help you, press them and get a supervisor involved! Otherwise you will just be bullied into leaving and you’ll never get it. ):

I got to this location almost exclusively and everyone is always friendly and ready to help. If you go during peak hours you'll need to wait but that's just true of any place. I never have any issues with mailing packages here with a qr code.

Rodney was extremely kind and helpful with helping us mail our package today on 1/24/24. Incredibly kind customer service!

Rude & not helpful there is an older white lady who works morning. Who is always very dismissive. Not helpful at all. If you do not like people or the job please work elsewhere!

Awful terrible service. They’ve never answered a single phone call in their entire lives. A package of mine was being held there while I was out of town and I was calling for days to get an extension and never was able to speak to anyone. As a last resort, I had a friend go in with my ID to pick up my package for me and they were unwilling to release it to them even though I gave written consent. Everyone they interacted with was rude and condescending. Stop acting like it’s an inconvenience to do the job you’re paid to do.

Horrible service provided. Rude customer service not helpful. I asked one question and she responded to me whispering that it was not her problem just because I was in rush to go to work.Never returning here again and you better train your staff for basic customer service skill since she clearly has none

Trying to get a hold of a representative is a joke. It never connects no matter how many call backs you may do. I called due to an "Adressee Unknown" on an international package. Now thanks to the lack of response, my package will be returned to sender.

I was on the USPS office today on N Florida Ave 10/12/23...I ask to speak with the supervisor about the man come to E 120th Ave Tampa Zip Code 33612 because he throw my packages and all my stuff all the time I show the video camera I he say he don't throw it I think he's blind or he think I'm stupidbecause I see clearly when he did they both are racist and red necks I can't feel it when I speak with the supposed supervisor I don't see any ethics on this person I can see don't want to help me because maybe they're friends but I don't care they work with people they have to learn because they manage private property they can't doing this job if they don't know respect other when I see he treat me bad I told him I post on Face book because it's clear to see the mail man thrown my package and he say OK I don't care it's sad when we have to deal with people like that they're nasty keep the eyes open about what kind of people work on the USPS with private property and the customers don't be racist that's the Law.

I had ordered a package off temu , which was supposed to be delivered today at the address I live at. And I got an email from this post office saying that the address where I currently live is the wrong address . When I tried to call to speak to someone nobody answered as usual . I tried to then email and it wouldn't let me . So as a customer who does receive actual mail from this residence this postal service needs to do better .

The most unhappy unhelpful postal workers I’ve ever seen in my life!! I will when possible drive an extra 15 mins to a different location to avoid having to do a transaction w anyone at this location.

I went to this location because my mail is on hold here every time I come here is very complicated problem I gave all my information such as confirmation number for holding mail the clerk in the front is a white old man and he consists to give me problems he does not know much of customer service and he doesn't have the acknowledgment of USPS on what's going on I continue to ask him about the holding mail due to my mail is here at this place and it is on hold he had no correct answers on how handling the situation but continues to tell me why am I talking to him in aggressive way when I was talking to him polite as possible bout my mail he wanted to continue to turn it over into a different conversation and stating I'm being mean due to I am a black girl customer service like this needs to be stopped trying to make nothing into something and not knowing what you're here at work what we're really supposed to be talking abouttrying to make it into a situation More than what it really is please get a new person of knowledge knowing what they're doing and knowing what they're talking about and knowing how to handle situations because he is really not gthe correct customer service and acknowledgment that's suppose to give

Just opened a PO Box at the Florida Avenue & Fowler location to conveniently receive my deliveries. Honestly, I would be better off to take my chances with porch pirates at my home as I’ve had multiple deliveries lost or stolen at this post office even after their employees actually signed for my deliveries! They have no idea what happened to my packages with $100s that are missing for three weeks now. No one working there seems to even care or wants to get to the bottom of these issues ? and the lines to receive so called customer service are ridiculous! Sadly, I would not recommend this post office to anyone ?!
