The worst parcel service, this is the 3rd time I have to pick up my package ? because they almost never find my location. And I have it on well. I don't know why this happens.

Am a DOT package delivery driver and was delivering package, rang door bell 3 times and knocked on the metal shaky door and Kim answered it with the biggest attitude. She was completely rude to me in front of other customers. I needed to deliver to a associate/receptionist and required name and signature and she took the package from me and completely ignored me and slammed the door in my face. I will be calling to report her.

This facility is the most ghetto and inefficient of all!!! To start describing this awful place, I would like to highlight how they never restock the supplies such as flat rate priority envelopes in the outside shelves. It is always empty. Secondly, the after hours mail dispenser for boxes and packages has been broken for the last 5 months. I have complained to the manager multiple times and he always promises that it will be fixed soon. I don’t know how hard or expensive can it be to fix a simple metal dispenser. The lines are long and there is always only 1 or 2 members in the front counters. I don’t know how a federal facility especially a busy one can work with as little staff. This is ridiculous, where is the tax money going to? This mail place reminds me of Cuba.

It has been half a year since my package was sent abroad. The 20-pound box turned out to be a stone sinking into the sea. The package was found abroad and did not leave the United States, but the usps tracking showed that the package was outside the United States. I made a report a few months ago, and they haven't heard from it yet. My package disappeared to the earth like a crashed Malaysia Airlines.

Not bad. Except the physical drop box drawer inside has been broken for over two months. I'm not sure why it hasn't been fixed yet, but it causes pre-labeled packages to pile up on the counter. This should have been fixed long ago.

I’ve always heard horror stories about how long it takes at the post office but not at this one! They are fast, efficient, helpful and get the job done.

They are the most useless people I’ve ever met. Phones don’t work you can’t call in they hang up on you after you call 6 other post offices trying to reach them. Only one of those answered.

There was a gentleman that was really trying to help people out in the line to expediate the process. Everyone was kind and tried their best to be polite as we were all standing in line. I was very impressed.

They have the worst customer service I've seen. Instead of assisting after had waiting in a long line, they say I need to call USPS and purchase packaging and wait in line again. I left and went to UPS instead

I’m absolutely so tired of these workers, stating that the reason why my mail is going into other boxes is because they have new employees. And then it creates a huge lack of trust. But this has been happening for almost 10 years.

The postal service at this Post Office has helped me tremendously. I've made several mistakes and thankfully the female postal Service Worker has educated me and explained several different mistakes that I made. She even sent me home with a package to redo, because the information was wrong on the box. I appreciate every bit of information that I've gained because as I told her, I'm getting better, more knowledgeable, and I'm making less mistakes in packaging and selling items while I downsize my home. I recommend this Post Office. Sure it is small and sure the Postal Service People are working hard to serve us and the lines are long, but that goes to show that this post office is much needed and these people are working for us the best that they can. Patience and gratitude is here because these people are working for us.

Really nice people alway willing to help. I have been going to this post office on a weekly basis and the service has been good every time I have been there.
