Its a shame, my fiance and I have tried for 3 months to get anyone to just print/email us a receipt from our shipment. Our package got lost in the mail (we understand this happens) and he has called 14 times, gone into the location 3 times and everyone wants to just push the request off to another person.Because this package was a return, I am out $150 until I can provide the company a receipt of shipment. This US post office location keeps telling us they will pass our info to a manager who can get us the receipt, they take our names and numbers and we never hear back.Honestly, I am just looking for someone to provide me a receipt or proof of delivery and I will be happy. I will write a 5 star review if someone will just simply get us a receipt.

Don’t go there guys They stealing people money I’m sill waiting for my money or sign they don’t answer me I payed $1,500 that’s a lot of money they scammers look the way she talk 5 months in my order hhhhh stop stealing people money just give me my money. This is my second month accent for my money.

The listing in Google Maps says this is a USPS CPU location. Which it further explains, that it’s a contracted facility that offers the same services as a regular post office.I chose this location based on proximity to my home and after reading they offered all the same services as a Post Office would.When I arrived, the place seemed empty and not staffed except for one woman sorta hiding down low, in the back behind the counter.My wife had a pair of shoes to return and sent me with the QR Code for the shipping label and the original box. The staff member said I could reuse the box but she can’t scan QR Codes.What?!Nearly everything we’ve ever had to ship back or anything that has the ability to be return shipped uses a QR Code to make things easier for the customer.So for us, this makes it the least convenient place and a waste of time to go here. The staff member said I need to go to an actual Post Office all the way down in Tampa Palms which is 20 minutes further than here. So from my house to that post office is about an hour round trip, not to mention any potential wait times once I’m there.I could find a place to report or request an update to the listed info in Google Maps for this location, but I feel like not being able to scan codes like that is a big deal for a lot of people. I don’t want them to waste their time.

Bobita is at the cross creek Post Office. She is absolutely the best. Bobita is very kind and helpful and I've never had any problems, no matter how busy she is, she always stops to smile and greet me. Bobita is extraordinary And very quick and happy. She always apologizes for the wait, and makes eye contact and always makes sure my matter is best dealt with. She is thorough, friendly, helpful, kind and so sincere. She seems to LOVE helping people. We are SO very lucky to have her in our closest post office.

Karen always takes such good care of my packages. She is courteous and caring. I’ve also NEVER have troubles with my packages arriving where & when they’re supposed to.

The customer service at this post office location always goes over and beyond! Always a pleasure with prompt service and expert advice!! If you haven’t experienced this location prior I’d highly recommend as it’s my go to for all shipping needs!! :)
