The manager at this facility reflects the star ration of this branch. She's the employee that is responsible for solving issues. Her attitude is far from professional and interrupts explanation during phone calls to manipulate conversations. I've asked for the Postmaster and she prides herself on believing nobody can report her intentional and malicious actions. Jacquelyn Villemaire or her boss will be hearing from me about this branches blatant neglects for dealing with the issues that they create. Your job and you coworkers job is on the line for your actions that I recorded to prove how wrong you are. Had to edit this post because a floating supervisor from this branch is making harassing calls. This whole branch will be revamp within weeks.

Service trash manager is trash don’t say my package is at the post office when I didn’t request it the brown Spanish dude was creeping me out always an attitude like if u don’t like quit plain and simple

The UP the USPS lady who serves my complex with fuses to walk up a couple flight of stairs so every time I have a package, I have to go out my way to go get it. It’s asinine.

First time coming to this location, I was really confused by the rudeness of the associates here. It seems like they do not like their job and they take it out on customers. I do not recommend anyone coming to this location unless they have absolutely no choice. I just needed to do a change of address and it was so difficult according to them. Please do better with your customer service and care. 0/5 stars!

Mail for three different people at completely different addresses than mine was delivered to my mail box. Today a check addressed to me at my address was delivered to an address two houses up on the other side of the street. That neighbor was kind enough to bring it to me. What a complete mess it would have been trying to get a check reissued from the State if the neighbor didn't bring it to me. The PO has to do better!

I am not the one to give bad reviews. But this post office is the worst with communication. I have been calling nobody answers the phone call, I go through the app to make sure the package signature release is approved but the mail carrier doesn't deliver it. I left a note for the mail carrier to drop off the package in front of my door or in the locker no response. Horrible communication.

The staff has been pretty helpful when I need to come and pick up packages that couldn't be delivered at home.

Hard to comprehend how they give a redelivery notice to my apartment mailbox as if I'm waiting for them at the mailbox to sign. Then ignore the redelivery request I send and return the envelope to sender.

This location is awful. Important mail of mine has been getting "Returned to sender" constantly and when I called they told me to contact the vendors and see if they have the returned mail envelope to read me what is on the return label. Seriously? USPS put the label on the envelope, DON'T YOU KNOW WHAT YOU PUT ON THE ENVELOPE? The vendors shred returned mail so that doesn't work. Can a competent USPS person please contact me?

I mailed myself packages while on the trip specifically NOT requiring signature confirmation nor insurance and they would still not leave it at my house where I have a separate big box left for them. They make you come in every time which is so annoying because they are only open until 4pm on weekdays.
