Went to send off a birthday gift for a friend, I had jewelry inside the box the tape they give you for the boxes attached to the box is not very sturdy so I asked Edgardo for some extra tape to just secure the sides. He told me I had to buy a whole thing of tape when they had 2 things of tape right at the front for check out. The location in Mango is much more helpful and better. The fact that he didn’t let me use 4 small pieces of tape to tape a box is honestly ridiculous.. won’t be back to this location.

The people who attend are racists. I had an appointment and they didn't attend me because we spoke Spanish and it was the appointment for my newborn child's passport, that's why I don't recommend them

went to get passport after waiting in line, no communication about walk-in limit already reached!!! Instead just let someone stand and waste their time, and get notified when come in line. Government money at its best usually a-hole don’t give a damn employees somehow always Have these jobs, wish.hire ppl that actually want to assist citizens.

To the woman at the USPS counter who treated me rudely this morning (with her cheap blonde wig) , I must express that you require further training. Your behavior was both unprofessional and disrespectful. I visited the USPS location to send documents for my son's passport, expecting assistance, but instead, I was met with loud and aggressive shouting. I was taken aback by her reaction, as there was no justification for such conduct. When I inquired about her well-being and the reason for her outburst, she responded by rolling her eyes and shouting again, suggesting that if she was not to my liking, I could handle the matter myself. I cannot recommend this establishment to anyone, particularly given the poor level of customer service I experienced.

Please be aware they take walk-ins for passport renewal but once they hit their quota of 3 they will tell you have a nice day. Would be nice to get that information before making a trip.

You can tell the staff really just doesn’t care they’re always very bored or in a bad mood and it makes it very difficult to get things done especially business important things that happened at the post office and it’s really the entire staff!! We need a team boost up!!!! Let’s do better!!!

Had the pleasure of interacting with the short, bald gentleman - RUBEN - today who seemed to think he was the authority on everything—except, apparently, basic package weights. He was loud, rude, and more than happy to point out how 'wrong' I was, even though my scale said otherwise. If USPS is looking for a new 'officer,' this guy’s got the entitled attitude down. Should come with a badge that reads 'I’m always right, even when I’m wrong.'
