If you need anything mailed priority, go someplace else. I mailed priority packages from the neighboring post offices and they got there in 3 days. But here...no. Drop off at 9:30 in the morning and they sit for 24 hours. Then they go to Ybor city and sit for 24 hours. So 6 days later my package finally arrives and it doesn't even matter cuz it's all garbage now. I can only imagine what would have happened if I had bought the $70 overnight delivery they were trying to sell me.

I have been here several times to drop off packages already labeled and just wanting them scanned. I go after work at around 4pm same time on last two occasions. I do this because I don't want to leave my package in open bin in the post office. Anyone can just reach in and leave with packages.So I get my scan and postal worker throws my package in a bin about 6 feet behind her. Really?It has happened twice now. Total disregard for your package right in front of you. Is this women so lazy she can't take 2 steps back and place the package in the bin..What about she misses and falls on the ground?.totally irritating.

It is really sad that being bilingual, the employer Edgardo doesn't want to help latin people like him. Many times, I have seen him letting people go because they don't speak English. 0 customer service here. Never visit this place again. I speak English, but I hate to see how he treats latins like him.

Just left USPS, the line was really long with only 1 person working upfront. A woman stepped in, I think her name is Fire'Doncha. She was so fast and was really good at what she does. I'm glad she helped us, I thought I'm not gonna be able to make it because they're closing soon. This 5 star review is for her. Thank you for all your hard work and help.

DO NOT GET YOUR PASSPORT HERE. What a nightmare. I had an appt for my 3 month old baby and had to wait almost an hour despite having an appt which was very hard with a newborn baby. Staff is extremely rude and there is no separate area for passports so you just stand there awkwardly.To my horror they brought out a FILTHY white sheet to lay on my baby’s car seat as background to lay her down on. Literally had bodily fluid stains on it. I can’t undestand how anyone would think this is ok. When I said something the man said, you can go somewhere else then. So absolutely unacceptable and appalling.

I lost my mail box key . I went there and paid fee on 11/27/23 . They told me they will call me on Saturday . I never got call . I called to post office several times . No one pick up . I went there yesterday . They told me they gave key to me which is in my mail box . They don’t have any training on how to give to the person who lost mail box key . Then , post office called carrier service . Jennifer from Carrier office told me mail man will come and back drop of mail box key in my address . I waited and they never came . I called to the number and no one answer . They don’t have no respect for customer .

Disgusting behavior witnessed from employee behind the counter “Yvonne”. Extremely uneducated and disrespectful. Within 5 minutes after waking in I witnessed her embarrass and degrade 3 individuals. She was very argumentative and would not provide any information to help anyone. Barking orders at adults and calling people “honey” is not professional. There was a clear lack of cultural sensitivity and education when a young man came in with the last name of Nguyen (pronounced win), she could not understand and questioned him multiple times with disgust especially after he told her it started with an N. Also, a man who spoke primarily Spanish walked up to the counter, and she wouldn’t take her time to help him understand the shipping options and acted as if he was an inconvenience to her day. She never once apologized or showed empathy to anyone. USPS, fix this problem now before others are insulted and affected by this unacceptable behavior. This location clearly needs to be shut down after reading the horrible reviews left by others.

Staff was extremely rude. I arrived before closing and waited in line. By the time it was my turn, I was told I only had two packaging options because the rest were locked up “because we’re closed.” The clerk who was not attending me kept screaming “WHAT PART OF WE’RE CLOSED DO YOU NOT UNDERSTAND?” repeatedly.

Workers AJ & his manager were amazing! Helped package my box that was difficult to fit in the sizes of the usps mail boxes. Were very patient even as closing time was approaching. Very good location that left me very happy

Very very poor customer skills from the gentlemen at the service boxes; one Hispanic guy that is always at the farthest left, and one Afro-American guy with a beard.
