This thrift store use to be my favorite… until today. They just lost a LOYAL customer of 3+ years. As much money as I’ve spent at this store and put all my friends onto, I am utterly disappointed in the quality of customer service this place now has. Danielle, the manager and who I believe is the owner of the Tampa Valhalla location, has somewhat of a bipolar attitude and refuses to hold items of interest that I plan to purchase immediately. It started with the sly disrespect of refusing to calculate items for a discount I once had to randomly choosing to not hold items I want to come back and try on another day, but now I think she’s getting personal. Not sure what changed but the rules are being bent based on her emotions. I don’t abuse the rules at the store and respect everyone there, however this company is giving money hungry energy and won’t service you properly if you aren’t spending top dollar EVERY TIME. What a shame, looks like I won’t be bringing my business, good energy and money to this store again. I really miss the energy of the former manager Dasonj ! She was the sweetest and most helpful. Glad to see she’s on to bigger and better things because the owner is running away quality customers. Hopefully they change, either way I won’t be back.

We happened upon this shop while visiting from Kentucky, what a wonderful experience! The clothes are so adorable and very reasonable priced!! I wish we had this store back home! Definitely recommend to anyone in the area!

Small thrift store tucked away in the Tampa Heights neighborhood. Very clean, well organized store with a good selection and variety of clothes and solid selection of jewelry. There are two dressing rooms. What makes this place unique is that they offer a “subscription” of some sorts where you can essentially swap out clothes there whenever you want. I’m not sure of the details but I have considered doing it if I see enough clothing I would wear.

The ladies were very helpful the only thing I didn't like was that they were VERY CHEAP giving you dollars for your items, then turn around and seel/rent them for much more. I brought a lot of NEW CLOTHES. Things that still had the store price tag on them and got barely anything for them. I didn't like that at all.

First time to the shop. Visiting here. Everyone was so nice. Ladies that were also shopping were such fun! Prices were awesome and I scored some great items! Recommend highly!

tiny, cute, but if you're over a size xl, don't waste your time. no plus sizes whatsoever. vintage goods shop next door is worth a stop though!

If you’re looking for a hidden gem with cute clothes at a reasonable price, Vahalla is the place to go. Not only do they have a wide selection of shoes, they also have clothes for every occasion. I have left with a nice piece of clothing on nearly every visit, and also appreciate the excellent customer service I have received each time.

I love this store! I have been using the 3 item rental for almost 3 months now and it is totally worth it. I don’t have to worry about finding something for every event now bc they have had an outfit that worked for me every time. I also have less items I won’t wear again. I love that I can rent items for an occasion and then take them back to replace with something else I want to wear. I have no storage in my home so it makes sense for me. I love that it is better for the planet and I don’t have to worry about laundry. Some local items too (rays, bucs, st pete related)!

Absolutely love this concept and love how this place embodies sustainability! The owner was so lovely and so are the other team members. The clothes are reasonably priced and so many styles to choose from. I don't think I do enough things right now to justify a subscription, but will definitely come back to get one when I go back to office life and events. But you can also buy items without a subscription. All around friendly and welcoming environment.

Valhalla Resale (Tampa location) is located in the cutest little historic area of Seminole Heights and is so welcoming. I have been stopping in on occasions for a few years now and LOVE their occasional blow out sales. If you're looking for great looks and quality clothes at thrifting prices, this is a great place to go. Plus, you'll help save the planet - one second hand purchase or rental at a time.
