We purchased our furniture with a 5 year guarantee up to $2500.00. We had a claim last year that was never completely resolved. November 6, I immediately filed a claim when both manual recliner latches broke. (This is the 4th break) I Am yet to hear anything back. The sofa, loveseat and recliner are slightly over 2years old. This lack of customer service is unacceptable.

I ordered online and some guy named Kevin is trying to make me buy another sofa? I don’t know what is going on but I was emailed a bill. I purchased a $3000 grant sofa and I’m not impressed. It is dirty and cheaply made. The pieces do not connect. I was going to return it but I am having a family crisis and I just don’t care about a dumb couch. I cancelled the return and they said no can do. And now the harassment is not okay. Why am I being billed for another couch? I don’t want a couch I don’t want anything from your company. Leave me alone!

What a joke. This company has no return policy. I bought a desk chair on 17th September for my little daughter and she don’t like so we went 20th September day after delivery. And they denied. They told all sales are final sale. But the sales man never mentioned that. Then I called customer service, they denied also because all sales are final. WOW and they also suggested before you go to city Furniture you have read return policy online. Horrible service horrible storePlease do not go city furniture before reading all condition.

Everything is OK until you file a Warranty claim, after 6 months of going back and forth they want to offer a 4th of what I paid for as a replacement. Ridiculous.

DO NOT PUT MONEY DOWN IF YOU ARE NOT SURE OF ITEM YOU ARE BUYING. Put money down on a sofa and was told it was in stock, after paying it off, THEY ARE NOT IN STOCK, AND I WANTED TO CANCEL BECAUSE I CAN’T AFFORD TO WAIT 10 WEEKS WITH NO FURNITURE. THEY ARE NOW CHARGING ME 25% RESTOCKING FEE FOR SOMETHING THAT THEY DO NOT HAVE IN STOCK!???? THEY ARE NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY!
