I came in on Saturday to do a Loan on an item that I have had here before for the same amount ($300)never had any issue intill now. This location now is a joke . Benjamin and his new manager tried to offer me a lower amount than what I usually get for my item.I have Benjamin telling me 230 then his manager said 200 As much business I have done here in the past. I won’t be returning. Take your items else where. I will be making a corporate complaint as well. I really don’t appreciate how I was treated.
