This company stole the accent diamonds out of my ring. They told me my accent diamonds were not real and their employees didn’t have the means to take a diamond out a ring. The manager did not want to replace my diamonds. I have filed a police report and will be taking them to court.

I’m went it a couple times and they aren’t pleasant.. No smile. Seems like they are bothered. He didn’t even bother to look in my crate. Only seen the Disney vhs on top and said we don’t take those. Not realizing that I had tons of video games under the vhs!! I went to another pawn shop and they more then happy to look at my items.

I came to do business with this location as I work near by and found myself needing some extra funds. I was assisted by Olin and I couldn't have been happier. Talk about going above and beyond. I would certainly continue to do business with this location just to continue to work with Olin. He was awesome !!!!

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICEI came in tonight at 5:40pm ( 20 mins til closing ) and because I know how it is to have that last customer come in at the end of the night and how frustrating it may be, I even said something about me not trying to hold anyone up and just need to know if there were any sales on Xbox for the holidays.There were threee empty standing there and all three just completely ignored me, like as if I didn’t exist.I work until 8pm every night and I’ve tried very hard to get here one night before 6 and when I finally do- I get treated like that!!!!Everyone is tired but if you don’t want any customers coming last minute than shut your doors and go home.Thanks for nothing!!
