This company is an amazing company!We had been through multiple companies to help us with our ecommerce site. None of them were able to do what we had envisioned and were not able to set up our site the way we wanted. When we were directed to Ventura they took the time to work with us and listen to exactly what we wanted. They are very knowledgeable and very very patient (as we are a family run business and not up to date on all things ecommerce and have very many questions). This is definitely a business that really cares about their customers and their customer's needs. One thing that stands out to me about this company and that I personally love is that they will listen to you and what you think you need, but will also be willing to tell you exactly what you need and should do to make your site the best that it can be. They really do care about their customers and want to see them succeed. They definitely go above and beyond, and Kevin and Janice are great people to work with.I would highly recommend this company!

Kevin you are very well aware of why we fired you. If you have forgotten, re-read the emails I attached to my review because I kept them all. Do not use "as you know" as though what you're saying is fact, and do not tell me we were very happy with your willingness to go above and beyond. delivering significantly more than the service level we purchased because that's simply not true and you aren't the person who should be declaring how we felt about your work.We ended our business relationship with this company after they:billed us $1300 to whiten a set of 6 product images (they edited them gray after we asked for white BG, and they charged us $150 an hour for their mistake and for fixing their mistake--our new company charged $150 TOTAL for the same work)started padding their hours every month (see images)stopped updating our plugins and extensions in Dec 2020 and blamed COVID. We were paying monthly service fees and receiving no service for several months, and our requests were completely ignored for weeks at a timeoverbilled us considerably for label design. Their team kept sending us proofs that weren't at all what I requested until I sent a Paint Shop Pro version of what I wanted, done by me, who has no graphic design skills, and told Lindsay if they didn't get it right this time around, I'd hire someone from Fiverr. They magically got it completely right the next round (but billed us $600 per label for a very simple "hey can you combine these 3 labels into one, like this")refused to send us accounting every month so we could see where our hours were going, then when they finally did they had manipulated our billing and could not answer why.billed us in advance for estimated hours when we'd request extra work, then didn't tell us they had overbilled us $900 and fought tooth and nail to keep that overpayment rather than refund it. I had to threaten to file a dispute with our credit card company to finally convince them to refund hours they shouldn't have billed in advance.Lindsay tried creating all sorts of work we didn’t request like ADA audit (then billed us for the unrequested work). She also tried to convince me to hire them to take new product photos we didn’t need--anything to eat up that $900 overpayment. Only when I refused all the extra projects did she tell me we overpaid them significantly.They didn’t perform work on our site for several months and repeatedly ignored emails for weeks at a time until I fired them. I have attached 23 screen shots of our conversations.They absolutely did not do everything they could to accommodate all of our requests. They billed us for months of work they did not perform and I had to file a complaint with the attorney general to get them to refund our last 2 months billing.If you’re confused about what changed, see the images I attached to your Google page. Ventura Web Design did a great job on my site. They are very knowledgeable and helped with all questions I had. They were very patient with me (I'm sure I'm not the easiest person to work with lol) They made sure to go above and beyond to help me and fulfill any requests I made. Kevin and Janice are both very nice people and do an outstanding job. Thank you for everything! I highly recommend!
