Pitiful.. twice I visited this store and only one customer service rep on board..
Many came in looking for assistance and were turned away or sit and wait like me and waste your time..
Representative was tied with a customer and nothing she could do..
I think Verizon could do better than that

Awful Experience – Beware of This Verizon Store
I had a terrible experience at this Verizon store, specifically with an employee named Luis. He assisted us with what was supposed to be a simple phone upgrade. I was very clear—multiple times—that I did not want my cellular plan changed. Luis repeatedly assured me that our plan would stay the same and that we were just updating to the current version of what we already had.
When I got home and checked, I discovered that all of our lines had been switched to completely different plans that were not comparable in value or features. After several frustrating phone calls, I was told that to revert to our previous plan, we’d have to pay significantly more per month.
It felt like Luis flat-out lied to us just to make a sale. I ultimately had to contact Verizon corporate to file a formal complaint and attempt to restore our original service.
This experience was incredibly disappointing, and I strongly recommend avoiding this store altogether. They took advantage of our trust and created a huge headache for our family. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere—you’ll thank yourself later.

Customer service was just terrible, completely unorganized and unprofessional.
The several times I’ve been in everyone just had an attitude and was reluctant to help. Do yourself a favor and drive the extra 10 minutes up the road to a different store.

I recently purchased a new phone and added a line and new phone for a family member. The various plans and pricing deals were super confusing so stopped into this store and Luis was incredibly helpful and patient. He listened to what I was trying to do and made suggestions without being pushy, then helped me find any discounts to bring costs down. I highly recommend this store, but really, I’m recommending Luis!

Sincere appreciation for the exceptional customer service I received from Henry today. The representative was incredibly patient and informative, making the entire process smooth and easy. Their easy-going nature created a comfortable atmosphere. And to top it all off, their great sense of humor (best laugh too) made the interaction truly enjoyable. Buyer’s beware
they are NOT a Verizon store and they will charge you fees if you didn’t buy your cell phones from this store, eventhough I bought the phone from Verizon. It is important to know this and find a Verizon store and not an authorized one to get full services.
