Darius & Gonzalo are both OG’s for Verizon!!
I came in from out of Town needing a miracle, needing to get a new phone in like 10 minutes. Within that time period they rearranged my bill and got me a new phone, got my bill almost the exact same price and got me more for my plan and a new phone!!!! Go ask for these guys, you won’t be disappointed!!!

Today I had a chance to work with an amazing customer service rep Kyren he was exceptional and very helpful and saved me a lot of money I came in for a question and left with a new phone he went over and beyond to make sure I was happy I appreciate him this was a great experience

Today i had Kyren helping me out with my new phone upgrades. He is such an amazing worker and person if you get the time to know him. Not only is he very kind and outgoing, he also does his job very well And quick. His service is definitely very appreciated and i would recommend you to go to him if you get the chance to upgrade or get a new plan/phone.

Really upset with my experience here. My spouse and I came in store to discuss our options in regards to switching from T-mobile to Verizon… the associates here don’t care about anything but getting you to sign the contract and agree to their “pleasant sounding numbers”… Casey was my salesman and unfortunately he didn’t know how to do his job at all, he had each associate in the store helping him with different things and even at some point got a few people on the phone with him to help him. He admitted several times that my scenario was difficult and he didn’t know what he was doing. I was in the store for 2 hours and apparently this was all a waste of time… long story short I had 3 lines with T-mobile, I owed maybe $1500 between all 3 devices, I was promised that all my devices were going to be paid off and that I didn’t have to pay my phone off in order to get service within Verizon. I was supposed to keep my phone and trade in 2 of my old devices for new phones. Casey did not even properly port my numbers over, he put my old account number and transfer pin in wrong several times. After 24hrs I eventually got service on the 2 new phones, which I had to do myself… but still nothing on my phone that I’ve had with T-mobile… come to find out I was required to pay my phone off in full in order to get the service within Verizon and then I would receive the prepaid card in 30-60days… I was not told this and specifically asked about this before I even signed anything… I even paid $800 OUT THE DOOR for the 2 new phones. I know the situation is complex but I feel like I got scammed 10 different ways. I even tried to contact the store and Casey about the troubles I was going through when I noticed 2 of my phones didn’t have service and nobody was very helpful… Another inconvenience that I experienced at this store is that when they told me to just come back in, I explained I lived far away and they told me that I could go to any Verizon to make the return… boy did I look stupid going to a regular Verizon.
Not to mention Verizon service just SUCKS! The signal sucks, the perks suck, everything about it is poor.
Today I made it a point to go back to T-mobile, port my numbers BACK over and go to a different cellular sales location to RETURN EVERYTHING. I WILL BE WAITING FOR MY $801 CHECK FROM YOU GUYS! I made a big mistake and I hope nobody does the same thing because it’s a headache that you don’t want to get yourself into.

I have never experienced such outstanding customer service as I did at the Verizon store in International Plaza. My spouse and I were treated with so much kindness and care by three amazing gentlemen. The trainer and manager on duty, Kyren, went above and beyond to ensure we got the best deal and left with the exact phones and devices we wanted. Their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. I absolutely loved the experience and would highly recommend these agents and this location to anyone looking for a new device. 100/10!

Kyren Hill spectacular sale agent, since 2020 we visit his store and he took his time to explain what willl be our phone bill and what are the fee we will see, 2024 he move to Tampa and we want to upgrade our phone and we found him there and he treat us like important customer. I have my grandmother on my verizon plan and i have always purchased her devices and helped her set them up, i have moved away from tampa and can no longer be at verizon when she needs new devices. My grandmother needed a new ipad so i sent her to see kyren and trusted him to take care of her and that he did. She said he treated her like family and would not stop expressing the attentiveness he gave to her. Kyren made trading in her old ipad and transferring her information seamless. I cannot thank him enough for taking care of her so well! I will be sending all my verizon friends and family members to see him from here on!
