Rude. Explicitly stated they offer no customer service. Taps the desk until you leave when you're not a high dollar sale. The company responded with a case number, and when I called, all they cared about was identifying who I was, where I lived, and what my identifying information is. Not my complaint. I'll be forwarding this on to the BBB as this is a dangerous and potentially retaliatory company policy.

A completely mess they did in my bill, I went for help and they want to charge even for walk but they wont fix you anything, its better to call customer service, I asked before trade in a phone and answered me with lies, like usual people with no honesty does, they do everything to sale a phone but my annoying is because if you ask something too many times because you want to make a decision you are expecting honesty no lies, and now Verizon is overcharging my phone in two numbers and I can’t fix it.
