i came in with 2 lines from t-mobile looking to switch to verizon. the representative i worked with was karyn, who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. everything was done very throughly and she printed everything out as we went along, making sure i knew everything that was happening. there were absolutely no bad surprises, and i loved every second of the perfect blend of professionalism and personality, definitely no robotic corporate energy lol :) thank you!

I want to give a shout out to Jacob at the Verizon store and Becky in the financial department for amazing service. I recently had an emergency surgery and was out of commission for about 2 weeks and I missed a payment arrangement. They gave us amazing service and treated us HUMAN instead of like a number. They helped us solve our problem and went above and beyond during a very difficult moment in our lives. This is what creates customer loyalty! Sincerely, thank you!

Went in last night for a phone which was in stock. Needed to move my phone from family plan to single line. Employee said I'd have to wait til Monday and call 1800 number. Went home and was able to do transfer myself through the my Verizon app. Came in this morning to upgrade to the phone I wanted and it was sold out..... Went to the store next to the target in wesley chapel and was able to get what I wanted. Lot of Hassel I wouldn't have needed to go through if they knew you could transfer the line to a single plan on my first trip

My daughter's phone would not receive or send texts. She uses the phone for work from home and on the road. A necessity.
I called the Preserve Walk Lane store in New Tampa and the phone was answered by FRED. He was super attentive and helpful and after speaking to him I decided to drive to the store for one on one contact.
When I arrived at the store I was greeted by DAVE, who was very person able and, had me sit at the counter. DAVE listened to my description of the problem and declared we could fix it. Together we spoke to customer service-tech support and together we were able to satisfactorily correct the ailing phone.
DAVE and FRED are amazing people and Verizon or any business should be proud to have them on their payroll.

Today I experienced what customer service is all about. In upgrading my phone a lot of service was required and the salesperson that assisted gave me excellent care. I am sure it was above and beyond what normal transpires. If number were given he would get 10+. Again service was exceptional. If needed I will try to get him again. Five stars. ⭐️
