I had some phone troubles today and stopped by Verizon for help. Kris and Carlos were so helpful and patient — they went above and beyond to make sure everything got sorted out. It’s rare to get service that genuine these days, and I really appreciate the time and care they showed. Thank you both for your kindness and professionalism!

Vary bad experience with Philippe
I am trying to be nice over the phone and asking some questions he said he won’t be able to help me over the phone while I have account with them
I tried to call to other locations and the handled my account over the phone with the phone verification service. And I explained him that I just need help with few questions and he rudely cut my call, Really bad customer service.

I visited the store on Wednesday 8/6/2025. My whole experience with getting the new devices had been stressful that I had to return the devices. The representative Kyle who helped me
With my purchase at first was very nice & helpful on day 1 . We were there for hours until the store closed and still was not able to get the line transfer & complete the set up with the devices, but his whole demeanor changed on day 2 when I returned the devices. He was so rude that my kids even notice. The whole situation with phone lines was not properly explained to me . It took me hours of being on the with customer to really get the break down of what I was really getting. I paid around $283 in store for taxes and activation fees, but I was only refunded $15 and some change. How could that be? I did not even have the devices for 24 hours. I could have broken down yesterday but I tried keeping myself together infront of my kids. The money I spent was my daughter birthday money trying to get her new devices. It’s just heart breaking. Prior to bringing the phones and Apple Watch back customer care said I will be refunded but it was a different story when I got back to your store. When I got home I cried and prayed no one have to go through this anymore. There was a lack of transparency. I live a hour away from the store I had to take off work to deal with this. I was hoping a manager could help me but I was told he was off.

Ariana had the best customer service that I have experienced in a while from any company. She is definitely an asset to Verizon with her patience and helpfulness in upgrading to a new phone. She deserves 10 stars if they were available.

I had an awesome experience with this location of verizon. Chad, a service representative, spent two and a half hours with me troubleshooting a bug in my phone. He was very knowledgeable and patient. I left the store wishing the chat is my next door neighbor! I highly recommend this location of verizon, and if you're looking for great customer service, I suggest that you request for Chad's help, specifically!

I was greeted by Kyle. I was simply there for an eSIM & left with less in my bank account, but upgraded at the right time. Not sure if Kyle trains new staff, but a no-pressure & smooth approach is very effective, he’s got it down pat. 😊

I had one of the most disappointing customer service experiences at this store. While visiting the Tampa area, I decided to stop by with the intention of switching my mobile carrier. However, the sales associate persistently pressured me to trade in my phone. I explained that I own a brand-new iPhone 16 Pro Max and saw no reason to trade it in. Despite this, she insisted that a trade-in was required to switch to Verizon. Her demeanor then shifted noticeably; she made a dismissive facial expression and became visibly unwelcoming, as though I was no longer welcome in the store. I had to walk out of the store without changing my carrier. Goodbye Verizon.

Kyle was outstanding. He stayed with us through the entire process of transferring our phone information. He also helped us lower our monthly payment. We would give him 10 stars if we could. As an older couple, there were some things we didn’t understand and Kyle patiently explained how we could get the most out of our phones. if you want service ask for Kyle.👍
