I just have to say that Brenden, the manager of the Fowler store in Tampa, was absolutely amazing! We came in with a difficult situation and he was so patient and helpful. What could have been an incredibly stressful situation turned out to be a great experience! I would highly recommend this store, but especially Brenden!

Sold me a extra product called instaprotek for my ipad ($200+) and they linked it to my iphone. Ipad cracks and now I cant use my warranty because they linked it to the wrong device. Also they will not help you with anything unless it involves you spending more money. These guys do not care at this store, they will refer you to corporate. If you have the slightest issue, they'll say "call corporate". It's comedic
