This store has worst customer service. The sales man Kyle and his business manage Mike will sell you what they can not promise. I was told I could nor leave store with phone with out buying there liquid screen protection. Which does not work. kyle for 6months kept telling me he will have my trade in credit applied to account and did not. He is very rude and does not take accountability for not following up or following through with what he promised.

Customer service was amazing at this Verizon location! Kyle helped us through the entire process, was very friendly and patient, 10/10 service and would definitely recommend this location!

Excellent care! Helped me with my selection. Showed me how to use it. Mohammed was extremely patient! He was covering the store alone and he treated everyone in the same manner and care. Great job!

Reasean and mike were amazing!! I had some issues with my phone especially since the back of my iPhone 14 Pro Max cracked and they were super helpful with the whole process! They even stayed late to make sure that I understood the entire updating system and what it is to process it and I even called in the next day because nothing was loading correctly, which of course freaked me out. They were willing to have me come in after I got off of work and helped me out! I’m so happy And very grateful there’s amazing workers at this Verizon store! Super patient and understanding. I truly recommend this location to everybody and cannot think both of them enough they were amazing!

I went to my local store, to add my girlfriend to my account. And buy her a new phone. The store didn't close for another 40 mins. But because there was only 1 person working. He actually told us he wouldn't be able to help us. Because he was already helping another customer. Because of that I will never go back to this store again. I'll go out of my way to go to another location. I will NOT recommend this store to anyone again

Please be careful buying from this store. The associates come across very nice but are dishonest and deceiving. Don’t let any of them tell you anything is “included” with anything. You will later come to find out you paid an additional 300 some dollars when you receive your itemized receipt via email… they don’t print the ones they don’t want you to see. Save yourself lots of frustration, headache, and money and drive the extra 15 minutes up to a real, corporate store in New Tampa or Wesley Chapel.

Terrible customer service, terrible work ethics, unable to honor promotions promised. Stay with your current plan, don’t waste your time and money coming to Verizon, it’s not at all what it used to be.

I came in today looking to get new service with Verizon. Chad and Mike were EXTREMELY HELPFUL with providing me the best deal for my needs! They were very patient and caring! AMAZING JOB! AMAZING SERVICE!!

AGM Kyle was extremely helpful and provided fantastic service to not only me but every customer ahead of me. His knowledge of various plans, policies, and product logistics was extensive. Myself and the customer ahead of me both had complex issues and Kyle handled them with finesse. He even stayed past closing time to ensure my issue was resolved. I rarely leave reviews, but Kyle was such a rockstar that I felt I needed to spread the word.

Thanks to Reasean for taking my Verizon experience to the next level. I highly recommend upon visiting the store that you seek out reasean who incredibly helpful and went above and beyond in helping me not just with my stated need but also informing me about other offers and promotions and deals and discounts as well.

Absolutely no help at all. I've been working with phones for a long time now and I know for a fact I'm having a hardware malfunctions not from damage, but something that can be covered under my warranty. They proceeded to tell me I don't have a warranty and it's expired and when I showed them that my warranty doesn't expire until December 18 2023 they told me they don't know what to do.... Then I asked them to see if they could check my phone from water damage. They can't do that either.. then one of the other guys came up to me and said it was because there was damage done to the phone basically calling me a liar. They tell me to go file a claim that would cost $230 instead of seeing what they can do with my warranty. Then I asked him to add me as an authorized user and they said they couldn't do that either... I have no idea why the stores even there. They might as well close the store down and keep only the corporate locations this store location should be embarrassed.UPDATE: so my phone DID have a hardware malfunction and I DO have a warranty when they told me I didn't. These people almost cost me $230 to file a claim when I'm getting a brand new phone tomorrow for something that I didn't do. These people should be embarrassed of themselves. They need to do a better job and maybe hire new staff.
