My husband and I went to the Verizon store at 1802 West Kennedy to buy a few new iPhones. We were met by the friendliest 2 people we have EVER dealt with at a Verizon store. Yaacoob and Ari we not only friendly they were knowledgeable about your products and promotions. We thoroughly enjoyed working with them. They both have excellent customer service skills. I would HIGHLY recommend going to the store on W Kennedy and asking for Ari or Yaacoob anytime you need help or to make a purchase!

If I had the ability to mark no stars I would. The manager Kevin is rude and disrespectful to his employees, in particular to one and to a woman. His rude and grotesque demeanor towards her allowed me to make the decision of NOT doing business with Verizon. If these are the type of managers you have running your business, then I want no part of it. Victra might wanna think twice. Word of mouth is the BEST advertisement and rest assured I will tell anyone that will listen. He is guaranteed to bring that store down. Kevin show some kindness and professionalism especially in front of customers. Fake it if you must, but stepping on the necks of your amazing employee sent me home with a bad taste. Get it together Kevin.

Diana and Kevin were so helpful and patient with us. It was a long process but they were friendly, personable and helped us get the very best deal possible. This location wasn’t too busy either we were able to be helped immediately.

Terrible store placed an order for an iPhone 17 pro max called support both times to check if my order was ready and both times support says it was ready so I go and was told the item was out of stock mind you the second time I called support they told me this store received more on a truck that day and when I mentioned that to the associate he responded “what fedex? No man no fedex deliveries today” so I say well can I just get what’s in stock and upgrade and he says we have a 512gb bundle in stock and he goes into the backroom and sends another associate out to say the exact same thing that he said… now it’s been 5 days since I placed my order and I receive an email that the order was canceled due to me never picking the item up when I even checked the email daily of the tracking and the order never updated telling me the item was ready for pickup

Our daughter- a University of Tampa student had an issue with her iPhone and needed a new one. She went into 1802 West Kennedy in Tampa Florida and spoke with a salesperson - Ariana Nieves. Meanwhile I was on the phone trying to help from New Jersey. Ariana went above and beyond to help her find the right phone, with a great deal and also helped me with an issue I had been having for months with Verizon and no one in customer service had been able to help me. She not only helped our daughter but she also followed up with me a few days later to ensure my issue had been resolved. In all of my years dealing with Verizon and Apple customer service I have never come across anyone like this women. If I owned a business I would have stolen her from Verizon and hired her on the spot. I hope she reads this and knows how incredible she is at her job. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!! A+ Service - She is outstanding!

Aight so boom, I went into the Verizon over on W. Kennedy right, I went in and was looking for a new Android phone. I got helped by a worker by the name of Ari…..when I tell you my time with her was the SMOOTHEST PROCESS I’ve ever experienced I’m not even tripping. Word to everything I love she knows her job inside and out. I asked her like was she a supervisor and she was like “Naw” and I’m like she need to be one on EVERYTHING.

Will definitely be coming back for ANY problems or questions or whatever.
When we were done with everything and she was walking away I gotta admit……hate to see her go but I love to watch her leave. THAT JAWN WAS CRAZY PHAT YA HEARD. <3

I went in to trade in an old Apple Watch for a new line, and Nick worked to upsell me on two promotions that he seemed to have little knowledge about, and here I am 4 months later, with the promotions not materializing, and an inflated cell phone bill I was not expecting. I am now speaking with the Verizon Retention Team so they can correct his mistakes. Do yourself a favor and avoid this store at all costs.

Ari was such a big help! I was on the phone for 2 hours trying to get my phone number transferred and activate my new phone and I just kept going in loops. I came in and got everything done in about 45 mins. 10/10!!!

Ari is really awesome very kind and phenomenal at multi tasking I saw her handle 3 customers including me all in a timely manner talk about holding the fort down! She deserves a huge raise!

ariana is amazing, help me save so much $ on my bills and set up everything for me. i’d recommend going and asking for her if you are stuck in a plan or another verizon location screwed you over , this is the one to go to!! thanks guys!
