Every staff member that I’ve interacted with here has always been extremely kind and helpful. I’ve heard mixed reviews about Banfield in general but my experience at this location has been great! They’ve been extremely helpful with both of my cats. Definitely would recommend if you are looking for a vet.

Good luck getting advice or help in urgent situation, you would think this being an animal hospital they would be able to help you with out an appointment but take a number and wait for those unexpected emergency’s to be planned.

I hope you guys aren't paying the receptionist. I called to schedule my Pup an eye exam and I was given very dry answers. When I asked about availability today she said there's nothing, when I asked about tomorrow I was told "all booked up" and wasn't offered any other day so yeah we won't be going there even if there were availability I don't trust it.

Great experience. Dropped Lila off. She got her shots, was checked out, got a clean bill of health and she gave it a 4 claws rating. 5 claws would include a massage for her and me and 30 mins on the tanning bed.

I made an appointment online, and received an email confirmation for it. When I arrived, they didn't have any record of it. I showed them the confirmation, and they told me that next time I should call to make an appointment.When I called to make an appointment, I spent over 40 minutes on hold, listening to an on-hold message about making an appointment online.The Optimum Wellness Plan offers free visits, but there's no point to that perk, since making an appointment is difficult and not available for weeks.They print out "vet records" that are several pages of generic advice, with unhelpful treatment recommendations like "Based on history and exam findings your veterinarian will discuss the best testing and treatment options for your pet." Nothing specific is in these "records" aside from vaccine history.You're not allowed back there with your pet, so I forget to ask things as we're not looking at my pet together. After the exam, the vet comes to the front to talk face-to-face without a mask on.Like most vets, the vets here are unable to visually diagnose anything, so even though the visit is free, if you want anything better that what you can find on Google, you will need to pay hundreds of dollars for a lab report. That's the only way you will know if it's a benign wart or metastatic malignant cancer. There's no way to tell by looking.However if you want that questionable flea-sized wart scraped off during their routine dental exam? That's $200 before we even involve the lab - even though your pet is already under general anesthesia that has been paid for.I am looking for a new vet.

Made an appointment at 8a, advised to arrive 15 min early. Arrived, no one here until a few min before 8a. My appt was made for a growth in the ankle... no appt reminder call, no communication that there's no surgeons at this location, and that I would still need to visit another location to see a surgeon. They waived the office visit today, but it would've been nice to know in advance so I could skip this extra, unnecessary step. I'd rather squeeze in 2 vet visits in my schedule than 3! Moving on... they knew I was waiting in the car. A little after 920, I went in and asked for an ETA. "There's no ETA, the Dr is in a meeting. " BUT, the Dr was doing an INTERVIEW! ? I understand being short staffed, but prioritize! I scheduled, I was waiting, I'm paying. Your interviews need to be scheduled accordingly and shouldn't affect making your paying clients wait. ?When i DID see the Dr, he was very nice.

If you have a bad experience from another Banfield location I really recommend you try this location, the staff is very friendly, the doctor was great and I had a very pleasant experience with my pet Luna!!! 10/10

Our cat Rusty has been going to Banfield for 18 years and they have helped him through some tough times but he's still with us and very loveable.
