“Stopped into Xtremebody Nutrition & Smoothie’s for a post-workout shake and left impressed with how goal-focused the experience is. They don’t just take an order—they’ll ask what you’re training for (fat loss, muscle gain, recovery, energy) and then recommend a smoothie/protein option that matches, which saves a lot of trial-and-error (and wasted money) compared to guessing online. Smoothie tasted great and felt like it was built for performance (not a sugary dessert), and it’s super convenient if you’re already in the Tampa Palms/Amberly Dr area.

“Our Marley is 14 years old and she has problems with her hips and knees. Basically she would need them replaced though the vet recommended not to do it due to her age, since four operations would be too much for her.I did some research for treatment options and came across CBD oils for dogs. Just after two days adding the CBD oil from Plants not Pills to her food we saw some great improvements for her ability to move around.
